I was referred to this business by Yelp. I got a message back from someone who told me they would "call me on Monday" . Not sure which Monday he meant but it's been weeks. How do you justify considering a business when this is the level of service you get right up front?

Had a problem with one of the seams in the flooring they installed a few years ago and call to ask for a repair. They actual called me back and set up a time to make the repair the man spent an hour doing the job right and I couldn't be happier. Great customer service.

Brent's has tiled several bathrooms and every job has always been excellent! He's a perfectionist and takes great pride in his work and your satisfaction

We called several companies for quotes for the crack in our basement wall. High & Dry were by far the most responsive, best priced, and could come fix it within 2 weeks. We are so glad we chose them!

Evaluation - In light of the different solutions, and varying price points, provided by multiple foundation repair companies, I eventually had eight different foundation repair companies evaluate and bid on the project. After I completed a thorough review of all the proposed solutions, I hired a structural engineer to evaluate the situation and provide his expert opinion. Upon completion, I selected High & Dry Foundation Repair.

While pricing was certainly important, it was just one of many criteria.
* Attention to Detail - Evaluation / Proposal - Thorough
* Proposed Solution - The structural engineer and I felt this was a high-quality solution.
* Price - Very competitive
* Warranty - High & Dry provided a warranty and the Carbon Fiber Manufacturer (Fortress) also provided a warranty. From my perspective, this was important because it's hard to say if the foundation company will be around in 5,10 or 20 years.
* Contract Language - Easy to follow with reasonable terms.

I had a great experience with this company. They came out & gave me a bid without any issues. Totally explained what they would be doing. I was very happy with the bid. They arrived on time to get the work done. All three workers did a great job. Cleaned up the basement perfectly, answered all my questions and also cleaned up the yard where they were making the concrete. I have not 1 criticism!

Kelly's flooring was phenomenal. I would recommend them to anyone asking about new carpet and flooring. We had both recently installed and they did it all, take out the old and install the new in 4 days. They even took out a section of flooring just to redo it because they didn't like how it felt as they walked on it. And our technicians were wonderful and very polite. I give them an A++++++

They were professional and friendly. We had them install luxury vinyl plank on about 1500 sf. Including a landing and a carpet runner on the stairs. It all looks fantastic. I have already recommendedghem to a neighbor.

I decided on high and Dry to perform some long overdue crack repairs in my basement. At the first meeting with one of their staff I was taken with their straightforward honesty and expertise and chose them over another well known firm to fix my basement. Their pricing was very fair and when the crew arrived to do the work they were friendly, polite and capable.
The work was done well and they left the work areas neat and clean, no mess or debris left behind.
Weeks later a heavy rain revealed some leakage behind a couple electrical receptacles I had thought were too much trouble to remove and hoped we could get away with not sealing the cracks behind them. When I called them back they were on it immediately and scheduled a follow-up visit to address the leaks. I was able to remove the electrical boxes to give them access and found another 4 feet of cracks besides.
They arrived right on time, repaired both the hidden and the newfound cracks and did it all at no charge, even though it was no fault of theirs.
I am truly impressed with the quality of their people and their work.
I could not recommend High and Dry any more highly.

Though we arrived at closing time, Kelly was happy to stay to help us. With her expertise and variety of product she led us to the perfect choice for our project in record time. We couldn't be more pleased.

I had a wonderful experience when Kelly's Flooring put in porcelain tile.
The installer was prompt, told me exactly what he was going to do, and
asked for my in-put regarding the finished product. He was very accommodating. The office staff was equally professional and pleasant.

Unfortunately reviewing this company seems to be my only recourse. June 25, Tom came out to give me an estimate. His paperwork detailed what was to be done to make my basement free of water. August 9, the work was completed. I had water in my basement on August 22 and August 26.

When talking to Cindy the first time, she explained that I probably needed a sump pump. I already have one. The second time the water poured in, she said someone would have to look at it. Instead of making sure an existing customer was treated fairly, I actually had to wait until today, October 6, to get someone out here. I have now been told I have a different problem that will cost several hundred dollars to repair. Why didn't Tom reveal this when he came to do the original estimate?

Cindy and I have had several conversations over the past four months. When I asked for the return of some of my money, she said I was under their guarantee. And at least I wouldn't be charged when someone came out again!!!! Really? That's rich.

So now I will continue to have a wet basement because of a " new" problem. I spent $1700.00 of my very hard earned money on the "original" problem. I'm not sure why the guarantee doesn't include this other problem (which was in plain sight when Tom came out), but what I do know is I will not be spending another sum of money to fix this problem. There might be several "other" problems the next time someone comes out. In my opinion, High and Dry is disreputable. Fool me once...

Great job !!! I was under time constraints due to a pending home sale. High and Dry even during this really rainy season were able to come to my home to inspect the foundation cracks, make recommendations and provide an cost estimate within 3 days. They then were able to execute the injection sealing one week later. I couldn't ask for more. Work was high quality. Service was super good. Provided excellent warranty of sealed cracks. These are you go to guys for foundation repair work.

Kelly's Flooring is incredible! This past summer, they tore out a variety of flooring on the main level of our home in order to install beautiful 3/4 inch hardwood flooring. We chose a great luxury vinyl flooring for our laundry room off of the kitchen. The two types of flooring were installed so that the seam between them is at the exact same height - just the way we wanted it!

Tom came out to our home to discuss the work and our options. He's a genuinely nice guy who patiently listened to and answered all of our questions. Our two installers, Dave and Joe, were master craftsmen! They communicated with us at every important decision point. Their work was amazing. Every piece was installed perfectly! I was actually kind of sad when they were finished because they started to feel like family.

This past fall, Kelly's put in a beautiful tile backsplash in our kitchen. We consulted with Kelly ("THE" Kelly) in the showroom, and again Tom came out to our home to measure and discuss the job. Again, Kelly's sent us an expert installer.

Kelly's has a great showroom with plenty of well-priced, high-quality possibilities. Every single person we worked with at Kelly's was knowledgeable and professional. I can't wait until we are ready to re-carpet our second level and the stairs leading up there. We'll be calling Kelly's for sure!

Requested exterior drainage work to carry water away from my foundation. They showed up but suggested an alteration to the plan which I was a little dubious about. But I thought they probably know better than I.This required them to come back out a second time and when that date appeared they said they couldn't do the work (which was scheduled in the early afternoon) due to rain, which isn't according to the forecast, supposed to come until later in the evening. I don't think they wanted to do this job !!!!!

When refinishing wood floors, found out we had pine stair treads that needed serious attention. Instead of replacing and finishing new treads, we chose to use carpet to give the dogs more traction. Through word of mouth, discovered Kelly's flooring. Kelly was very informative and able to help us out in choosing a quality carpet while staying within our budget. Although we were a small job, we never felt like a lower priority. They were able to work with my schedule on everything from the initial measurement to the final install. Highly recommend Kelly's flooring to anyone needing work done on their home or business. Customer service was great, and quality of carpet for the price was unmatched.
