Repeat customer! Nothing says it better than a repeat satisfied customer. We received the same excellent service from beginning to end. Starting with Kathy who was very pleasant, kind and helpful, although it was at 6am, to the technician Tyler. Gold star for this guy. Jerry was impressed with how knowledgeable and professional he was. The thoroughness of emails and texts with accurate arrival times and receipts capped off the excellent service. Very satisfied! You deserve a 5-star lunch!

Bryce is extremely knowledgeable and just a very nice person. He had my ac running faster then i thought possible explaining everything as he worked.
I will definitely call Central Air in the future.

A++++ Fast response time, reasonable rates, military friendly. I will not be using any other company for my heating and air conditioning needs. My mom's AC unit went out and from my phone CALL, to them at her door was less than 2 HOURS.

Tyler did a fine job with the A/C clean and check. He used my shopvac to do a thorough clean. He allowed me to ask a lot of questions and learn about AC and my system.

Dominic found solutions to my ducting issues and made them work for my situation.

Central will be my first call for future HVAC needs.

From the time of first contact with this business we have been very satisfied. The office was very good about communicating with us, the man who came to explain our options was thorough, the work was scheduled quickly. Our new AC and furnace were installed today by a very efficient and pleasant crew. They cleaned up after themselves when they were done, and finished when they said they would.

They came on time and they were nice and friendly if I asked a question he had the answer. I would recommend Central Air and Heating to everyone who needs help with their Cooling or Heating. Thank you for your service!

Tyler was very professional. I appreciate how thorough he was. Explained how to maintain our ac unit which we appreciate. Most people don’t know how dirt and debris can cause problems on the unit itself. Tyler was very knowledgeable and informative. We thank you for your service. Scheduled our appointment on short notice, and Tyler showed up the same day. He was very professional and nice.

Central Air Heating and Cooling answered their phone right away, had a tech out within the hour to check my AC, and fixed it quickly so my home was cool again by the afternoon. The tech was personable and knowledgeable, we were grateful for the service.

Doug, our technician, was amazing! Super nice and extremely knowledgeable! He immediately knew what the issue with our Air Conditioner was, and before I knew it, he was already digging in. You could tell he was there to literally save us money. No fooling around, straight to the job at hand. Even though he had to wait for the part, he saved us even more money because he took the time to make sure the part was under warranty. This man was super professional and I even made another appointment to have the outside units cleaned and serviced in a couple of days. Now, we got a guy! You can not beat service like this.

My HVAC unit was original to my house and season after season it would need a bunch of love to limp along until this year it had a major failure so it was time to replace it.

Gordon was the one to come out, diagnose the issue, give a rough estimate for repairs and produced four different options for replacement as an alternative. Each option was thoroughly outlined and the pros/cons were well explained. After deciding which option was best, he returned to get accurate measurements to make a custom furnace enclosure (that they make in-house) which made the turn around time very quick for BIlly and Nick to come install it.

The installers arrived precisely on time, they asked where I wanted various components, accommodated some last minute requests, and their estimates for time were spot on. The quality of work they left behind was top notch. They moved components and ran the equipment in ways that would have been very easy to just slap in but went out of their way to do it right despite adding to their workload. Long term performance remains to be seen but at the time of install I feel very confident in the quality and perfectionism of the installation.

My preference was to support a local business if at all possible and in the end Central Air made it easy as their prices were competitive, they did not change pricing from what was quoted despite some unforeseen hurdles, and I'm not sure the overall experience could have been any better.

Special shoutout to Charles as well for really coming through with bumping us up in the schedule to fit our circumstances.

If you are searching for a company that is reputable, no-nonsense, and will leave you with a memorable and positive experience, I cannot recommend Central Air enough.
