Had Erik and crew install a new propane water heater in November of 2024 with no issues. I had called around and a different company had even warned me about them. I saw their rating here on Google and that coupled with the significantly cheaper price led me to give them a go. It has been 9 months now and I am glad I did. They did a great job and I have no issues since.

They were able to fit me in their schedule within a few days. They came out and did the repairs quickly! They communicated on everything they were doing! Would absolutely use them in the future for any plumbing needs!

Nancy and I are very pleased with the work that Erik and Joe of Ozark Plumbing performed on our house! They were professional and conscientious about their work. They were clear communicators and followed through on what they said they would do. They were careful in the necessary demolition and clean-up associated with removing and replacing our tub/ shower. We would gladly have them work on our home again.

Had an electric hot water problem. When I called they were booked for the day, but Erik was able to swing by. He diagnosed the problem; bad heating elements. Once I was able to get the replacement parts, Erik came right over. It was a messy situation, but Erik was able to work around and get the new heating elements installed. It’s so great having hot water again. Ozark plumbing is my go to for any plumbing needs and highly recommend them for any plumbing issues you experience.

Eric and his team were great. My call was returned immediately. They were prompt, friendly, and professional. Eric explained everything to me throughly and didn't leave until the job was done right. Awesome work by the gentlemen! We had major water damage from a septic pipe that had been breached by previous homeowners. Ozark plumbing fixed the pipes, installed the new shower, replaced the bad drywall, repainted, and installed new flooring when we discovered the old floor was installed on top of carpet (seriously, who carpets a bathroom?!) That they also pulled out and disposed of for us! We now have gorgeous bathrooms thanks to their hard work!

Best plumber around! My parents and I have used Eric and his team for over 10 projects between our two homes. From fixing a local handyman's shoddy work in my bathroom to installing all of the plumbing and anything that touches water into my parents cabin, he is our only go-to. Their work is always clean and professional, pricing is very affordable and worth the quality work. It also helps that Eric is just a good all around person who communicates genuine care about his customer and his product. As long as he is in the plumbing business I will continue to trust him and his company with all of our plumbing projects or emergencies.
