This company is amazing!! Julia was so nice and professional over the phone. She scheduled my appointment and called to see if I wanted an earlier appointment when they had a cancellation. The guys showed up on time and ready to work. They were so fun and full of so much information. Garrett helped my kids understand what they were doing and why. Cameron was quick and efficient even with 2 kids following him to EVERY vent. Lol Both men were very respectful and kind. 12/10 would recommend and I will be calling for future HVAC and A/C needs!!

I went with SafeAir duct care and I am very happy that I did. From the start, Julia was very polite and professional over the phone. Very clear and communicated the information and scheduling accurately. I had scheduled my service a couple days out however, with a service vehicle already in my area, they were able to visit a day ahead of schedule. Wyatt and Jacob were prompt, professional and courteous. They used disposable shoe covers and a drop cloth to not track in the rain and debris. They were very cognizant and aware not to let our pet cats out when entering and exiting the house. Our initial walkthrough to count the mains, vents and returns was expedient and their calculation of work was clear and explained well. They were very knowledgeable answered all my questions. I was surprised how our ductwork was routed and the number of mains we had. I had no idea it was that complex however they made it easy to understand. Their estimate of work was extremely competitive for the service they offer so I signed them up and they got started immediately. They got to work fast and sealed up all the vents and returns with non-marking tape, moved in all their heavy equipment to the basement and got started cleaning every vent. They do need to cut into the system to attach the equipment but they seal it up well after they are finished. I don't think our system has ever been serviced and they did excellent work. I will use them again in the future when the time comes. Thank you!

I started with a coupon for $49 but by the time they wrote up the bid it was over $900 There were so many unit charges and add-ons, I wasn’t expecting. It was hard to come away feeling like the sales pitch is upfront or the pricing is transparent That said, I think they did a good job of cleaning the vents.

Very disappointed: I have a small house but they calculated the price of $1000. And for this money I got a very poor service, one guy was really lazy and couldn’t do his job properly so I asked several times the second guy to improve things after the first worker. I can’t evaluate if my duct system is clean now… Because when they left I looked into openings and there were still dust “clusters” hanging. So I took my vacuum and cleaned them….
