The crew arrived earlier than expected but they called before they came. They were kind and explained anything I had questions about. I wasn’t pressured to pay for anything and they offered a great value for a service that took about 3 hours. The crew was professional and wore booties and masks the entire time in my home. Highly recommend Safe Air Duct Cleaning! Garrett, Luke, & Trevor were all kind and made me feel comfortable.

This company is amazing!! Julia was so nice and professional over the phone. She scheduled my appointment and called to see if I wanted an earlier appointment when they had a cancellation. The guys showed up on time and ready to work. They were so fun and full of so much information. Garrett helped my kids understand what they were doing and why. Cameron was quick and efficient even with 2 kids following him to EVERY vent. Lol Both men were very respectful and kind. 12/10 would recommend and I will be calling for future HVAC and A/C needs!!

This company did a great job cleaning out our air ducts. If you own an older home and have never had this type of service performed, I highly recommend giving them a call. You will not be disappointed. The pictures speak for themselves.

I went with SafeAir duct care and I am very happy that I did. From the start, Julia was very polite and professional over the phone. Very clear and communicated the information and scheduling accurately. I had scheduled my service a couple days out however, with a service vehicle already in my area, they were able to visit a day ahead of schedule. Wyatt and Jacob were prompt, professional and courteous. They used disposable shoe covers and a drop cloth to not track in the rain and debris. They were very cognizant and aware not to let our pet cats out when entering and exiting the house. Our initial walkthrough to count the mains, vents and returns was expedient and their calculation of work was clear and explained well. They were very knowledgeable answered all my questions. I was surprised how our ductwork was routed and the number of mains we had. I had no idea it was that complex however they made it easy to understand. Their estimate of work was extremely competitive for the service they offer so I signed them up and they got started immediately. They got to work fast and sealed up all the vents and returns with non-marking tape, moved in all their heavy equipment to the basement and got started cleaning every vent. They do need to cut into the system to attach the equipment but they seal it up well after they are finished. I don't think our system has ever been serviced and they did excellent work. I will use them again in the future when the time comes. Thank you!

They were incredibly helpful! I just bought an older house from an older couple and understandably some things had been more neglected than others. They cleaned the vents for the 1st time ever did mold treatment etc. I'm breathing easier already!

Especially If you're getting carpets redone call these guys after and your vents will be spotless instead of full of little carpet fibers.

Amazing service! They showed us pictures of the before and after and it smelled so nice after. Very professional, very timely and just amazing overall service. Would highly recommend them again and again.

Did wonderful work where they sucked out the dust and debris and near the walls were dust spots from previous clean spots in the house. Air ducts and vents are all super clean now! Just the surrounding areas where they did the cleaning could've probably been cleaned up before they left.

Joe and his team came out on the 13th of November to clean out the HVAC duct system. Very professional, respectful, cleaned up afterwards then explained a few things. Definitely would recommend this company and team.

SafeAir Duct Care is a wonderful company. Their customer service is 5 stars! Julia helped me set up my appointment and was very kind on the phone. The technicians, Donoven and Jacob were very professional during their time cleaning our air vents and they did great work. When my dryer heat didn’t work after the vent cleaning, the company sent out their manager to come fix the dryer and went above and beyond to ensure our dryer worked again! Wonderful people working at a great company. Thank you!

Safe Duct did a good job cleaning my vent. They told called me when they were on their way and told me the estimated time of their arrival. They were respectful of our house and was even sweet to my dog who was nervous around new people. Garrett, Brooke, and Vito were awesome
