FIRST ONSITE Property Restoration

RUN, DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. One of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. It took them over 4 years to complete our small project. We had to have three adjusters to look at the damage because they kept missing things or forgetting things. They broke one of our chair lifts when they had to remove it to replace carpeting then said they didn't. We had to pay another company to verify they did to get them to replace it. They hung a key box on our property to access it. It got broken then our property was broken into. Not once did they offer assistance even though it cost us over $3000. The final straw was that after the project was finally completed and we wrote the last check, they came back 2 months later saying we owed more money. I told them they needed to file a claim with our insurance as I've already paid out everything they submitted. Instead of doing that they waited a few more months then threatened us with legal action if we didn't pay. After a very heated conversation they finally contacted the insurance company and a check was cut. Avoid these people at all costs.

The KC First OnSite group is great to work with. I always know I am in good hands anytime we call them out to a loss. They communicate clearly and do quality work.

Carmen Martinez immediately responded to my phone call and was onsite within an hour to direct their staff. They finished the job ahead of schedule. First Onsite will be my first call in the future.
