Would recommend Mike to anyone, nice guy and went out of his way to give me a little peace of mind. The tree work he did for me was a little delicate due to wires and other items, he did great. Price seems reasonable.

These guys came very highly recommended and gave me a reasonable bid to do a lot of trimming on 4 large oak trees here in the north Blue Springs area. They showed up on time with top-notch equipment including chipper, dump truck, and a man lift capable of reaching the top of the trees. They were extremely careful, professional, and friendly from start to finish! Michael kept in close communication with me throughout the entire process much the way a barber does while cutting your hair! Also did a GREAT job cleaning up! These guys are the real deal with old school work ethic and customer service. Beware of the fly-by-nighters and the ones who want to do “just enough” to get their money. Had absolutely no “buyers remorse” like I did with a previous company a couple years ago.

I recently hired Our Backyard Lawn and Tree to cut down one tree and trim several others on my property. Living on the West Coast, it’s not always easy to coordinate from afar, so being able to trust that the job was done efficiently and professionally was a huge relief. Mike’s done my fall leaf clean-up for several years now. He does a great job and is very reasonable. I just text him, he comes out, and he’ll text me when the job is completed. I then Venmo the payment. Never been disappointed in the work.

He gave me a quote on the spot. We coordinated the scheduling of the job. He and his crew did excellent work. The work that was done literally transformed the appearance of my yard as well as my home.

This is the second time I've used Our Backyard for tree pruning and removal. They came recommended by a neighbor and have done a terrific job both times. Michael has done several jobs for me in the past and always does a fantastic job. He just finished taking out a big tree for me that was very challenging. Plumber had a 10 foot trench right next to tree but Michael and crew took it down in record time. Highly recommend!

Mike and his guys did a great job! Very good at their craft! Removed a large wood pile and a few trees, including a large hackberry that every bird in the city seemed to frequent, to eat from and then pelt my vehicles parked below! I'm happy, but the local car wash may go out of business. Highly recommend Mike and crew!
