I noticed they only take credit and debit cards online but I asked if check works and they said yes but I had to mail in my check in advance and they then helped me to book a service which was decent and prompt. good job

I was told that I had to give 24 hours advance notice to book online as the system would not let me book tomorrow due to the time being within 24 hours. Called customer service and they switched my cleaning to the morning at a small extra fee. well worth it since most places would not even be available at such short notice

Errund does our office weekly cleans and have done a great job. No complains. The only improvement I would suggest is to try to send the same cleaners but then again who always send the same cleaners to the same price every single week.

We used Errund for our residential home and our office. Fantastic service, excellent prices, and Errund cleaners were timely, efficient, and thorough. I was very impressed with how clean all of my floors were! I highly recommend them!

Very disappointed in their lack of communication. Additionally, I made an appointment via online. Not two minutes later, I decided to change the time thirty minutes earlier. I was charged $56.00 for the change. I understand that they have a 48 hour policy or they charge 50%, but changing the time within two minutes of booking and still being charged 50% is ridiculous. I emailed asking if I could get a refund, but no response.
I called the day of to get confirm my appointment and no one called back or responded to my emails. I began reading reviews of employees who are not getting paid, an employees stating positive reviews are by the company's friends or family members. I canceled my appointment which cost me another $56. Will not be using or recommending this company.

R&W did an amazing job on my carpets and steps. Their cleaning products and methods snatched all the stains that I previously hired a well known carpet cleaning company to do! They have me as a forever customer! Book them!

DISGUSTING!!! That is the only word that describes my carpet before this amazing company came to clean. They had stains & ick from a major roof leak, an aging dog and the normal spills and stains from children. When they left the carpets were clean, fresh smelling and looking new. We have light carpet that had 2-3 pet stains and a red wine stain! Will removed all of the mentioned stains and they have NOT re-appeared which has ALWAYS happened with previous carpet cleaners we had used. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND calling Will if you want your carpets to look 🙌🏼💯 !!! He is very nice, knowledgeable and our carpets look fantastic!

Cleaned the carpet on our home before we moved in. The previous owners had had dogs and the clean made SUCH an improvement. They called us the day after to make sure everything was satisfactory and I appreciate the thoughtfulness. If we need carpet cleaning services in the future, we will definitely call them again.
