Great customer service . Quick response and scheduling . Got my ac fixed right away. Plus they are so friendly!

Tech was great, scheduling was poor. Called when they hadn't shown up by 12:45 and then they scheduled him to come in the afternoon. That's a little frustrating.

James was very helpful. He not only fixed my problem but educated me about why it happened and how to keep it from happening again. Thank you!’

I highly recommend Avery Heating & Cooling. Professional service beginning from the first phone call to completion of the job. Very good communication, especially notification when they are en route and superior customer service.

Prompt, on time, quickly assessing the problem, very professional, so why go to a "big name" company, when Avery is right here and does it all for better prices?

We like using Avery Heating and Cooling. They are a great group, responsive and professional. They explain the work to be performed and ask before doing anything extra. We would definitely recommend them. They always let you know when they are on the way for the appointment.

No doubt this best in the business, rates are reasonable and service is outstanding, what would have been a 2500.00 job was done with ease by the technician (Sean). Very outstanding young man. Can’t recommend this Company enough. And I can’t say enough good things about the company. No over charges for things you don’t need. Will definitely be using them for our annual checkups and tuneups. Top quality people.

I have used Avery Heating & Cooling twice now! The first time they were fixing someone else’s mistake and the second was during a high heat spell late at night. Both were unexpected emergency at two different properties. Chet and his team took excellent care of my situation; got my A/C up and running again at an affordable price. He went above and beyond the last time because I needed his expertise at 10:00 on a Saturday night. Happy, friendly, knowledgeable. I highly recommend Avery Heating & Cooling to anyone who needs the job done right the first time.

Let’s start by saying I am in no way compensated for this review, in fact I don’t write very many . Avery heating and cooling pampered my old a/c for years never trying to upsell me in to something I didn’t need ,adding freon yearly. Finally it bit the dust … the very next day Mr Avery had his team installing my new A/C . My only regret is that I didn’t pull the trigger earlier! The air movement in my house is incredible, cleaner air too and for once even on very hot days I hear the unit shut off, I have seen a substantial difference in my utility bill. In closing you won’t see him in adds or on T.V. acting a fool ( guess who ends up paying for the adds anyway)but I know from experience he is honest fair and customer friendly.If your reading reviews cause your just not sure give them a chance I did and it was by far the best money I’ve spent in some time .

Avery heating and cooling was able to get me in the books within 2 days. The service was excellent and they gave me a detailed report for recommended services. I would definitely recommend them!
