I always love coming to this place. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. It is one of the few supply houses open on the weekend. I also like that they are closed to the public and have more time to work with the contractors that have accounts with them.

I’ve been doing business at this location for over 20+ years. The manager Brandon is very knowledgeable of the latest products and always helpful with getting my orders out on time. I highly recommend using this location for your HVAC needs.

Great place

I have been in the HVAC business for 25+ years now, and I have been buying from this store for the last 6+ years I appreciate Brandon and his guys, the fact they have Saturday hours is helpful too.
No offense to anyone else, but I am glad that they quit selling to the public. For me time is money and if I am stuck standing in line behind someone that doesn't understand what they need etc... It hurts me and my customers. Also it can give quality equipment like Goodman a bad name when it is improperly installed by unqualified people.

They usually have what I need. Open on Saturdays is a huge plus! Be advised they will not take back any electrical parts on a cash only account. You buy it, and it's yours! Know your part is bad before purchasing a replacement. Other than that, decent bunch of guys at the Independence store. Great selection, and Goodman is great equipment. Stands with the best of them.

Please fix the app so you can order. Every time it just says "call" but every time the counter will be slammed with people so you are on hold forever. I still have no idea if you have 407c because I can't get through.

Unfortunately I've been grateful to have this store in the area for HVAC needs, however my last experience has left me less than thrilled when I found that a part I purchased from them for $81, but online I found as low as $32 with free shipping and no tax, and found within other stores up to $50. They don't do returns on electrical items. I guess it is a good thing they won't be selling to the public come Jan 2017. An expensive lesson learned indeed.
