No issues on service. Not cheap but they do a thorough job

Extremely nice over the phone, hard to talk to and work with one of the guys that came out. Fixed the heating though!

Shout out to Dillon from Mcintosh Heating and Cooling. Professional, knowledgeable and quick. Any issues I have I will call again. Mcintosh did same day service less than 2 hours after I called. Furnace repair and thermostat replacement. My home is warm.

So evidently the owner of the property has to call about repairs, even if you are the one renting to own, and paying for it. Didnt have to do this last time. Makes getting repairs even more inconvenient.

2nd furnace & AC UNION WORKERS , HA! Had trouble from 1st year on 2nd furnace " Just OUT of Warranty " was actually told by Roger McIntosh & his UNION repairman " that the Lennox / York units were NOT made as a good as previous models at 2X's the price! Actually told me ! After warranty went out that the very unit they sold me was SUB STANDARD .. sure didnt tell me that when they were selling me that unit ,! Being a life long UNION man I wanted to use local Union employees . 1st cold snap this year and It went out ! NEVER GOING TO USE THEM , BUY FROM THEM OR SUGGEST McIntosh to Any One ! EVER ! Local Union Family owned THIEVES "! STEALING FROM A DISABLED VET ! LYING TO DISABLED VET ! HIGH PRICED , UNIONIZED THEIVES , SUB STANDARD PRODUCTS

The sales tech was unprofessional and talked about dogs and how he hates them. Almost argumentative. I've used McIntosh for many years but I'm considering other companies for future needs. Very disappointed.

Awful told me they would be out later the same day then called and said they would not come at all. No reason and no one of authority to question as to why......
