Ted is the reason I love to support small business and our community. He is honest and fair, he cares about his customers and you get a very personal experience with him. Our unit went completely out and he tried to fix it without costing us an arm and a leg but unfortunately we didn't get so lucky. Well Ted was great once our insurance went through be even changed his schedule to accommodate us so we didn't have to go another day in the heat. He even worked late to make sure it was done right. That's the kind of service I look forward to. I will be recommending him to everyone I know. Thank you Ted

Ted was absolutely professional and accommodating. He was able to come by same day and fixed our problem with reasonable pricing. he also gave us advice on how to maintain our system. We will definitely keep in him mind for the future and recommend highly!

I have never had a bad experience with Ted. He is always very honest, has great prices and he is the one we call any time we have issues. We would wait a week to get our stuff fixed if it meant having him come out. He is honestly the best!

Ted did an amazing job for us!! He gave us an honest, reasonable price and did excellent work! We needed a new furnace, a.c. and water heater for our new home. Its a big investment that I feel confident and secure about with Ted's. I am recommending him to everyone I know! Can't thank him enough!!

I reached out to Ted due to his A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. I needed service due to the fact that my AC wouldn't work. I had to leave him a voicemail and he returned my call within 10 minutes. He informed me that he can be by the same day to take a look at it. He reached out to me again and let me know that he would be at my house in about 10 minutes. That was appreciated. Upon arrival he began his diagnoses and got right to the issue, he replaced the component that had failed and had the air conditioner running in no time. He preceded to check out the entire cooling system and did so with good conversation and in a professional manor. There was no attempt to up sale un needed parts and I was happy with the final service bill. I will be calling Ted's Heating and Cooling the next time I need service for sure. Highly recommended!!

Hit some wires on my A/C unit while weed eating. Gave Ted a call and he easily walked me through the repair over the phone. Great service!

I was in need at a late hour and was having a lot of trouble finding someone that could come out at a late hour without charging me so much extra money. He came and was reasonably priced with a fantastic attitude. Was done in like 10 mins and showed my husband how to fix it for next time cause it was an easy fix. I will be telling everyone I know that needs repairs about him. Thank you so much for your help.

It was an amazing experience! He was able to come by that day and handled it like a boss! I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs HVAC help. He also explained to us things we can do to help prevent the issues we had.

If I could give Ted 10 stars I would. He explains things in a way you can understand, takes the extra time and goes above and beyond of what you would expect from any HVAC company to make sure all of your concerns are addressed. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends and anyone else looking for a honest HVAC company that you can really trust.

Ted was very personable, prompt, and skilled. He came out the same day he received a call from me and fixed our AC! He was willing to explain every step of the process throughout his visit and gave tips for future upkeep in a way that was easy to understand. He was very upfront about pricing for his services and itemized his bill for additional clarity. If we have heating or cooling issues again, we'll definitely be calling for Ted!

If I could give Ted 10 stars, I would! I couldn’t have asked for a better person. He was patient and explained everything to me (I’m a person that needs to understand). I will recommend Ted to everyone and anyone that asks!

I looked at what hvac company near me had the best reviews and found Ted!! First and only company I called…when I called on Saturday afternoon I heard a voicemail giving me his days and hrs of business and found he doesn’t work on weekends, I disconnected and within 5 minutes I received a call from another company… this company was referred by Ted, again I didn’t leave a message but Ted automatically knew I needed some type of assistance and gave his fellow hvac industry my number…thank you Ted for going above and beyond to assist a potential customer in need with another contractor that came out on a Sunday to get it fixed… thank god for people like you

Called TED for emergency HVAC repair on 95 degree day. He took great care of us the same day! Outstanding professional and very kind.

Ted was great for having our AC serviced. He cleaned all our coils, charged the Freon and made sure the hose that drains water was not clogged. He was very friendly and very informative. He also does not try to charge you for anything extra or make a problem that doesn't exist like a lot of these big name companies. His pricing was very fair and reasonable! We will definitely be using him from now on!

Absolutely amazing!!!! I felt so comfortable having him in my home. I usually freak out but he gave me a sense of calm. He is so wonderful and beyond knowledgeable. Even taught us new home owners a couple things and even assisted with something else we didn't plan on. He was on time and punctual. I know my houses HvAC system is in good hands with Teds. He is honest and funny too !!!! God blessed me with meeting this man today.. we called this morning and got same day service. I will recommend him to everyone.

Very knowledgeable, I was so confused when a man that looks like a slimmer Santa clause came to do my hvac work lol he showed me what the issue was and even told me how to correct if it happened again. Really great service.

prior to calling Ted's, I called two other HVAC companies, and they both told me my furnace couldn't be fixed, and recommended that i buy a new unit. Called Ted's to get a 3rd opinion. He came by within 24 hrs, looked by my unit, started poking and prodding with the wires, and boom... AC came right on! Ted is comically hilarious, honest, and even explains everything he's doing. I will forever recommend his services to my friends/family, and will call him for future services. highly recommend!

I've had Ted and his team out to my home for several different repairs over the years & they've always been prompt, professional & willing to go above and beyond to provide answers and solutions to all of my questions. I would call this company before anyone else. I called Ted at 130pm and he was there same evening to fix what I told him what I thought the problem was and it only took an hour roughly. I enjoyed hanging out with him while he fixed it. Definitely would be my go to person for any other issues we would have in future.

Ted came to my home in a very timely manner, installed a internet digital thermostat and stayed until it was programmed and kick on. He charged almost a third of what Hamilton heating and plumbing quoted me. Very professional. Very courteous. Didn’t even tell my wife that my girlfriend was here when he did the install. Highly recommended. 😁😎
