Reviews of local pros in Independence, Missouri

After a nasty thunderstorm knocked down several tree branches in my yard, and destroyed a stop sign, I called David for help. He promptly removed all the branches and leaves, leaving my yard spotless. David is an honest worker and very efficient. Highly recommend his services!

David does great work. He removed a tree. Later came back and did a major trim job to remove branches that over hung my home. I highly recommend him.

We recently hired them for tree trimming services, and we couldn’t be more impressed! From start to finish, the experience was outstanding.

The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to assess the health and structure of our trees and provided thoughtful recommendations on what needed to be trimmed. Their attention to detail was remarkable, and they handled the job with precision and care.

What stood out most was their commitment to safety and cleanliness. They made sure to protect my property during the process and cleaned up so thoroughly afterward that you’d never know a major tree trimming had taken place.

If you’re looking for top-notch tree care, I highly recommend their service. They exceeded all ou expectations!

Great guy. Very precise with taking the tree down.He had a lot to work around , my deck , my house, my shed , neighbors trailer & house. Avoided all of it. Great clean up afterwards .

David is good, I called him to have my tree cut down in my back yard. Up close to my house. He took the time to take my internet cable and I believe phone cable off the house and laid them on the ground. He was done really quick. He grinded the stump as well. Anybody that reads my review I highly recommend him.

He was honest, professional, and did an amazing job. I will hire him anytime I need tree work done and recommend him to everyone I know. My lawn care has even asked for his name and told me he did a great job.

Branch Tops is some of the hardest working, kindest and professional people I've seen. They did a phenomenal clean up job on my overgrown spillway, and completed the job in quick, efficient speed. There is not alot of companies out there to help with medium scale Shrub Removal, so its amazing to see these guys are out there, available to help! Excellent company, will be using them again in the future.

Branch Tops Tree came to my house a couple of weeks ago to trim a tree and it looks amazing! They took care of extra branches, too. They were adorable and professional.

This is my go-to guy for everything having to do with trees and landscaping. Knowledgeable, honest, fair, and fast.

Luis is great to work with. Removed our tree, and stump grinded.

Our HOA used them to take some trees down in the backyard, they did it safely, quickly and respectfully.

They didn’t smoke, yell, or blast music and cleaned up really well when they were done. We were sad to see the trees go, but very happy they took care of them.

We had a pear tree we needed taken down as part of it had fallen down and another tree that needed trimming. The price was very reasonable Luis communicated very well, and the team was very prompt on completing the project. We were very happy with them and will use them in the future for our tree needs!

Luis and his team are timely, courteous, knowledgeable, and do a thorough clean up of their impeccable work. He responds right away and even came out to help me on a holiday. I can't recommend then enough and will always use them for our giant trees! Thank you!@

Honest, fair, professional. Saved my neighbors house from my overgrown tree, without damaging a thing. Do not hesitate to call Luis if you have a tree problem.

He had his hands full cutting down an 80ft sweet gum tree. Him and his crew were all nice and very knowledgeable of cutting said tree from 10 to 15 feet from my house and not damaging the house or shed right next to it.
Did an Amazing job & cleaned up everything!

Luis trimmed and treated my Ash tree and I couldn’t be happier. He left my yard cleaner than it was before he arrived. Really appreciative of their knowledge of trees. There are tree companies and there is Royal Arborist. A cut above the rest. Pun intended

They have done work for me several times, from trimming to large tree removal. And always done a great job at a very fair price. Today they made a small mistake that most people probably never would have seen, including me. Yet they pointed it out and made it right. You can trust this team to do good work for you. And be honest. That’s priceless!

Ruby and Alex are incredible. They had all the right equipment and crew. They layer out their plan and flawlessly executed upon it. Great experience. Great folks.

The service of the job was good. The communication wasn't. Unclear as to how it got misconstrued and was unsatisfied with 2 services discussed prior to the actual date of service. Although, it was showed on the estimated. It was my bad for not fine tuning it a lesson learned. I trust too much!

Quick to respond to the Deer damage to my tree. Took care of every tree I have the same day as my estimate. I’m totally impressed with their knowledge, expertise and quick action. I will use them again.

Just disappointed.
Things promised were not done.
The 2 days work done in 2016 was outstanding compared to now.
I think I was way overcharged for work done.
I was actually tricked into paying the full amount with the work not fully completed!
The owner needed money so they could pay for the debris to be dumped! What ever!
I’m the fool for taking someone’s word!
I should have never paid until the work was completed!!!
