Can,t really comment i didn,t get to use them I was without a refrigerator and was desperate to get one and he was booked up I went and bought another refrigerator but I will keep them in mind when I need them.

Al did a surpurb job, I would recommend him to anybody. He's a real people's person. And does good work. Ty Al for everything.

I called to have my dishwasher repaired. Randy Sartain came to my residence and worked on the dishwasher. He stated it needed a drain pump replaced. He ordered one and came back out to my residence and installed the new pump. It turns out the pump was not faulty and Mr. Sartain stated I needed a new circuit board and he would get a price on one and order it . Mr. Sartain disappeared like a fart in wind, never to call me back nor even check on ordering a new circuit board. I might also add that Mr. Sartain stated he never has worked on my popular brand dishwasher before and seemed to have difficulty even figuring how to disassemble the dishwasher. He seemed to be very un-organized and not having a clue on what he was doing. Use great caution when dealing with Al's appliance.

I turned to this company after being treated poorly by another company. Randy was our repairman and he was very professional, explained to us what was needed and exactly what he did. I most definitely will be using this company again if ever the need arises.

My stove quit working so I called Al’s Appliance Repair. The tec came out the next day and had it working in ten minutes and only charged me the price of the part and the 35 dollar trip charge. It works better now than it ever did! Since then he has fixed my ice machine, washer, and a belt on my dryer. The tec is very professional and you can tell he knows what he’s doing! He is always on time and does good work for a good price. I will definitely call him again for any type of appliance repair.

Came to fix my ice maker in the ftidge. He bought the recommended part, installed it, paid $150...no ice!. Called back for him to come and check it...never saw him again. Still no ice.
Al doesn't own this place anymore. Randy is the new owner and not a very good tech. Takes your money then makes a run for it! Beware.
