Roofer has not shown up after a week and a half of promises.

I left review for wrong company and I cannot delete it, so I am erasing it. Mr. Improvement Remodeling, LLC is my stellar review.

We used them to open up a load bearing wall for open concept by installing beam. Very easy to work with and everything completed on time and budget.

Second bathroom that has been remodeled. Both times the team has been professional, polite and most importantly competent in their craft. I would use them again and recommend their services.

I had a total bathroom remodel. I live in old house with lathe and plaster walls, tile floor set in concrete, some sloppy causing the walls to not be square...the transformation is astounding. The onyx product is sleek, beautiful and so easy to clean. They showed up each day on time, cleaned up each day and finished on the timeline they quoted. Highly recommend this company.

I hired this second-generation business twice. The first time was a few years ago for a complete interior paint job. It was perfect. The second time was for a series of projects including installing a vinyl plank flooring throughout the entire house, capping the staircase, replacing the outdated fireplace with a tile exterior, replacing the kitchen countertop, and installing a new sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. Owner went above and beyond with communication, meeting me at the store to pick out and buy materials, and helping me meet my deadline. The next time I need remodeling work done, this is the first company I will call.

I recently used Mr. Remodeler to do some updating in my kitchen (new backsplash, new plumbing and the installation of a wine fridge) and a full bathroom update. The company was very easy to work with and the project came in on budget. I enjoyed the design process and working with the craftsman who did the remodel.

I appreciated their communication and attention to detail. At the end of the project, the owner came to my house to make sure everything was done to my specifications which was appreciated.

We had a wonderful experience 20 years ago. We were eager to work with Mr. Remodeler again. Initial contact April 2024, after delays got an estimate and made a down payment. It's now July no return phone calls for nearly 2 months, no response to emails or texts. The business location on Universal St , vacant. Both phone numbers disconnected. Email address shut down. Hard to believe this company of longstanding reputation for quality and integrity, just gone without word of explanation or refund of our down payment.
