The person who answered the phone was really rude because i said that when i search them it said fee estimate and she was trying to get money from me for a estimate when it clearly said Free estimate she said no and she added a bunch of excuses to change me the estimate for 75 dollars just to come out and see

The whole operation is odd. "Technician" was unprofessional and left black sealant or paint or something on my hearth and wool rug and I was told "don't worry about it." What??? Their customer service is severely lacking. Feels like a weird, sketchy operation. Go elsewhere.

They put in new piers to support my home. The job was done carefully and I feel safe about my house again.
