Tyler came out the same day we called and gave us a bid. He was prompt and polite. The work included removing a large amount of sod and bringing in premium compost topsoil to fill in where the sod was removed for gardens. Tyler and Matthew worked continuously all day to complete the project. When they were done they made sure the entire area was cleaned up. The work was done beyond our satisfaction and we would use them again. The price was reasonable and we would recommend them to anyone.

Remodeling part 2.....My bathroom project has been postponed due a flood that required a complete rebuild of my finished basement. After my prior excellent experience with Luther they were my next phone call after water mediation team and insurance. They were exactly what you what from a contractor dealing with these circumstances. They meant with my insurance agent - negotiated all the repairs and fixtures to come to a very satisfactory settlement. Then since we were doing a complete rebuild anyway they work with me on customized under stair storage options and kept those costs reasonable and separate from the insurance claim so as to not muddy the waters. They kept me updated throughout the process and offered great alternative sources when some of my preferred fixtures were not available.
