Extremely rude and not willing to listen. Don't bother calling them because they are quick to react if asking about price comparisons. Also it takes forever to schedule anything because apparently they need 3 people to do a quote. Horrible business

Graber Fence & Deck is true to their word! They communicated with me without me having to hunt them down (via email). The fence looks wonderful! No gaps between or under the fence. They got it super close to the ground & before they started asked if I wanted it that way since I have dogs. They completed their work in 1 day when I expected (they expected too) to finish within 3 days. They also cleaned up after themselves. The fence looks & feels like it's made of good quality. I appreciate that. The work they do, materials used, hours worked in the hot sun, and they haul away the old fence, I'd say is worth what I paid. Every person who was in contact with me was kind, understanding, knowledgeable, pleasant to speak with, & spot on! I highly recommend Graber Fence & Deck!!​

The finished fence looks great, and the installation crew did an excellent job. They were professional, respectful, and produced quality work. Zac also provided a great sales experience.

Unfortunately, almost everything after the sale was frustrating.

Communication was consistently poor. I repeatedly had to contact the company for updates instead of receiving them proactively. Although Taelyn responded to emails and apologized at times, getting clear answers about scheduling was difficult throughout the project.

The biggest issue occurred on my scheduled installation day. I took time off expecting the crew to arrive, but no one showed up or contacted me. I had to call several times before learning the crew was delayed on another project. I was first told they would arrive that afternoon, only to later learn they weren't coming at all. Delays happen, but customers should be informed instead of having to chase updates.

Even after the installation was complete, I had to request my final invoice for two days before receiving a payment link. Shortly after paying, I received a request to leave a review.

The fence itself deserves five stars. My two-star rating reflects the company's communication and project management. If those had matched the quality of the installation crew, this would have been a completely different review.

When I saw my neighbor's new deck and saw how crappy my 28 yr old deck looked I knew it was time to update.
My neighbor highly recommended Christian with RC Hardwood Construction.
The job was priced just right and the job was completed in no time. All the scraps were removed quickly . It's been a year and I am still loving my new deck.

I almost didn't hire Graber due to overwhelming texts and emails from both Graber and Revamp after meeting with sales rep. They were also priced quite high. But I liked the product! So after negotiating the price lower I went with them. The team did a great job. But they were ordered to install two steps instead of three as written in the contract. Work stopped as I insisted on three. Agreement was reached and I am now pleased with the porch. The team wanted to please me but the company policies don't allow them to make any decisions or changes and they are on a tight schedule to go from one job to the next. They aren't given any room for the unexpected. I feel the company doesn't care about the customer.

A BIG THANKS to Caleb and his team for reconstructing our deck to meet the building code that our original contractor couldn't do. We were worried we would have to tear down our complicated two-tier deck, but Creative Concepts saved the day and rebuilt it. They were creative and very professional. We highly recommend them.

Caleb was very responsive throughout the project. We had multiple bids and Caleb was the most up front about potential issues we could face and helped us navigate that. Even when we had questions long after the project was done, Caleb was quick to respond. Everyone that sees our deck comments on how nice it looks, even the city inspector was impressed with it.

I strongly recommend Creative Concepts and Design for your outdoor project. Ours was a unique challenge...a bridge over a natural backyard creek nestled between large trees. From the very start CCD was all hands on deck. In every aspect of the job, they handled the details, large and small: design, working the architectural review board, scheduling, materials, getting permits, expert carpentry...everything. And the finished project is the talk of the town! Neighbors are streaming by to gaze upon an architectural and artistic wonder. It's beautiful and we're so glad that CCD was on the job. Great work, great value, great people!

Great design, craftsmanship and service. The Creative Concepts team developed a design that cleaned up the look of our existing deck and provided a much safer set of stairs down from our main floor deck.

Just had our concrete patio extended and a stone seat wall added in. Brent did such an amazing job from start to finish!! He completed it so quickly, within 2 days. Working with this company was such a pleasant experience. Would highly recommend them! So professional, very fair priced, great communication, easy to talk to, and the end result is just beautiful. We are so so pleased! Pat was so helpful as well, in getting all our questions answered in such a timely manner. I was never left hanging, he always got back to me within the hour. I recommend 100%! Meh. Took over half a year to build the deck after scheduling, they constantly kicked the can down the road despite telling us it would only be a couple months. Receptionist is geriatric and a very ineffective communicator. No offense, it is what it is. Finally the deck was made, there was a massive gap and they didnt stain the bannisters so I had to apply quarter round and stain when they were finished. Maybe try graber though I can't say for sure. Wouldn't work with CC again

My husband found Creative Concepts online. They were the first to respond and had a local store which was a plus for me. I like to see things in person. They did an amazing job with our deck. They were friendly and fast.

These folks are the best. Caleb listens and has great suggestions to get you what you want. He explains things perfectly as many times as it takes for you to understand. Pat keeps you informed at every step and quickly gets back to you to answer any questions. The workers do a great job and clean everything up so you would never know they were there. Theses are just great people that do a great job.

We had a wonderful experience having out deck rebuilt by CC&D.
Caleb, Aaron and Pat were all wonderful to work with. Caleb provided a great design and even helped us find a good landscaping vendor to work with. The crew did a fantastic job all around. You can tell they take pride in their workmanship. The job site was very clean and the men were all very kind. Pat in the business office was a delight to work with. I highly recommend!

A trustworthy and quality company.

I'm so glad I reached out to Caleb. We had been planning to replace our home's original, worn out deck and called to get an estimate. He was honest about our situation and recommended a concrete patio being the better spend, even though it meant a smaller sale for him. That is honesty why we chose Creative Concepts.

Brent ended up doing our concrete work and was so easy to work with. He designed something attractive and functional, and the work was quick once we got it started.

Our family couldn't be happier having a huge, safe patio for the kids to play on instead of a rickety deck. We'll definitely continue to work with this company if we ever need more done.
