Victory cleaning came and cleaned and sealed our slate floor that had not been redone in about 60 years they did a remarkable job of getting as close to original as possible, looks great! We are about 225 miles from Kansas City and they were on time and a pleasure to work with.

Dan and his team from Victory did an excellent job refinishing and polishing our hardwood and tile floors. They were a pleasure to work with on our project.

I forgot to add the stars to my previous review but Victory provided 5 star results for a very challenging tile and grout cleaning restoration project. Plus, their upholstery cleaning brought 20 year old upholstered dining chairs back to life!

I have a large walk in shower that needed a little TLC. Our builder used cheap grout that was prone to mold and mildew. The folks at Victory cleaned, used an epoxy grout and sealed the walls and floor. They also spotted a few problem area’s and took care of it without an up-charge. The two fellows who came were engaging, friendly and very knowledgeable. I will use them in the future for other services. Kudos!

After having them out three times, here is my overall impression. They lack good communication. I spoke with Dan on my wants and needs. Informed him that I had (per the builder) TEC Silverado in my shower. The 2 young men that showed up ended up using an almond color and only did it in the corners even though Dan and I had a conversation that I wanted the WHOLE shower color sealed. So after it dried, I noticed that my grout didn't match. Prior to the work being done I was told they had the exact match in stock. Then I was told that the two guys who did my shower didn't have a ladder so they stopped sealing about halfway up the wall. Ok fine.

Then I noticed they cracked a tile trying to remove calk from the shower door. Dan tried to charge me a 75 dollar service fee to apply silicone caulk over the crack. ConCarpet who did the design said that's not going to work in the long term. We ended up scrambling to find tile that had been discontinued. Dan came back and fixed the issue but didn't bring the correct grout so back to ConCarpet I go and spend more money to buy TEC Silverado because he forgot to load it.

Then I explain to him that my shower looks funny because it has an almond color instead of the Silverado.

Long story short I paid more that I should have, they came here 3 times and in all my shower looks worse than when we started. It's goopy where they used the color sealer, he applied way too much so it's covered my tiles in corners and I need to hire someone to re-do the work. Oh and the final nail, just got a call demanding payment for the final visit. I paid via check which was already deposited. Great job guys.

Notice the owners response. He doesn't offer to fix the issue, apply a refund or do anything to take care of the sloppy and unprofessional experience other than "hope we do better next time". He's been paid. He could care less. What a joke.

They did repair and redo of tile grouting work in an old shower.

Excellent professional service from time of estimate to finished job. In this day and age I can't tell you how great it was finding and dealing with consummate professionals who say what they do and do what they say. Recommend without reservation.

After I inadvertently used the wrong cleaner on my bathroom tile and caused what I thought was irreparable damage, I reached out to victory and they gave excellent advice on how repair it saving me $1000s of replacement cost. I cannot thank them enough for their help. I definitely recommend them for any tile issues that you may have.

These guys do an amazing job. Very professional and punctual.

I had them come and update 2 bathrooms in one of our rentals. This was a 40 year old house with 4x4 tiles in the bathrooms that have become discolored, and un-cleanable over years of use.

We had them clean, re-color and seal all of the grout lines back to bright white. Dan had also suggested that we recaulk all of the perimeters and the shower stalls in the bathrooms with white silicone.

The results were fantastic, and the bathrooms look brand new. Better than I have ever seen them since we bought the unit. We will definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for restoration work. Thanks Victory!

I came to Victory Cleaning with request for a quote for possible etching on our granite vanity top. Not only did I receive a response well within 24 hours, but Dan responded with a suggestion for DIY fix when he could've easily sold me on a more expensive restoration. Additionally, due to his exceptionally knowledgeable response I asked about a hazy spot on our quartz, and after thoroughly walking me through options, he said I'm basically best off living with it, rather than an expensive shot at buffing it out (which he could've again sold me on an expensive treatment.) THE BIGGEST asset to me as a homeowner and consumer is a company I can trust with an honest diagnosis, rather than trying to sell me unnecessary service. This is the second time in 5 years I have used Victory Cleaning Systems to clean and colorize the grout on my travertine marble floors as well as clean a concrete patio. They took great care with moving furniture to clean floors and moving them back. My floors and patio look great. I highly recommend them.

I have a unique old house with marble window trim and doorways. It was unsealed and stained from years of smoke and fireplace use. Victory steam cleaned it and repaired it beautifully! Now it’s sealed, restored and ready for the next 100 years. I’d highly recommend them!

We called Dan at Victory to save our stone kitchen counter tops from a botched cleaning job from another company that left our counter tops ruined with sanding marks and big areas of discoloration. Dan and his crew saved our tops and they look as good as they did when they were brand new. Dan was very professional, cared about cleaning up during and after their visits, was very knowledgable and had the best tools to get the job done correctly the first time. Excellent results! Dan and his team were careful with taping to protect surrounding areas, they were always on time, they restored the marble floor to a beautiful finish, and they kept us informed of progress throughout. I am delighted with the outcome and it was a delight to work with Dan and his team.

So after trying for a year to find a local contractor to refinish our saltillo tile, one text to Victory led them to my home 48 hours later with the work completely done in 6 hours.
