    Made a service call and a technician called me before coming out. I explained what was happening and he patiently answered my questions and walked me through scenarios. He didn’t have to make a service call to my house. I truly appreciate the HVAC lesson and his patience and of course saving me a service call. By the way they installed my unit several years ago. Very good company.
