Tom M.We've been a loyal customer for almost 20 years at their top tier Gold maintenance plan level. Their service has declined dramatically the past couple of years. One example: I contacted them on October 1st, 2026 to schedule my contracted Fall/Winter routine maintenance for my HVAC system. First available date was March 17, 2027! Same issue happened last Spring and we thought it was just a fluke. Obviously, not. My understanding is they have new ownership. I will be canceling my maintenance plan and start looking for a different company.

Valerie came out to help with our new digital thermostat. She was very professional and patient with this older client. Interesting she was referred by an ABMay appliance repair. Not only did she instruct me on the thermostat she checked my JVAC which is new and found a ? Crossed wire. You can always depend on AB May to go the extra mile' Thanks Valerie!

Lester K.As anyone can see, I have given excellent reviews to AB May over the years. Unfortunately the company has changed. We called yesterday for needed service on our clothes washer which we obviously use multiple times a week every week and we were told that they could get a service person out on September 23, 2026. Three weeks later. Our responsibility was to pay $105/ month for our gold plan. We are not responsible for any technicians who may have left the company. We canceled our contract yesterday and canceled the appointment for 9/23/26. I don't know what has happened since the company was sold because my reviews were always 5 . We called another company and had a repair person come today, within 24 hours and the problem was analyzed and they will be back in two days to complete the repair. Sorry, but I am just calling balls and strikes.

The plumber had no idea what he was doing. After a previous plumber from the company said valve had to be replaced he wasted 4 hours trying to repair. And cost were out of this world! Either incompetent or worse!

I called them to schedule an appointment to get my kitchen sink fixed because it was leaking. The tech that came out knew what she was talking about and was very professional, but she wanted to do all this fixes that needed to be done and all I wanted was to get my sink fix. I don't like that they try to pressure you into getting stuff done that you don't need to get done right now, this is why I stopped going to them, but they were the only one that can come out asap.
