Carlos with AB May was fantastic. He is quick, respectful, and tolerated my annoying dog. We are confident that the dryer will work again and confident in the warranty if another problem arises. I also appreciate how easy it is to request service (online/via text) and that they texted me because I initially set up the service but were able to add my husband’s number when they were coming out on a day he could work from home.

Ben F. came quickly to my home after I had a water line burst due to cold. He was incredibly calm and helpful with further info on what to do for water damage. Ben found the problem after trouble shooting and located two issues and replaced them. He had all of his equipment needed for the job in his truck and did the job much quicker than I expected. Ben did an outstanding job! I would definitely recommend him and A.B. May to friends and family.
