We are not at all happy to have an uninvited dweller in our home, but at least we don't have the added worry of wondering if it is poisonous and on the loose. Now, the hunt is on!

Edgar Fierro came out to my house to spray for bugs. He’s always on time and gets the job done. And tells me about what he done. Very nice gentleman.

Would give zero stars if we could. Started having bats in our house, one guy came out and inspected said they would put cone on our chimney for a few days to get bats out and then they’d come come back and seal it off. 10 days later they finally came out and the team of 4 guys didn’t even know what they came for. They had no idea we even had bats! The 4 guys “inspected” our chimney and determined we didn’t have any and they wouldn’t need to put a cone on… so all they did was seal up our caps. They barely did anything, not even half of what they said they would do. Still charged us the same amount. That SAME night we heard bats scratching inside our chimney and long story short.. pretty much got ghosted by them for 3 days. FINALLY got ahold of someone and they said they’d come out to fix the problem and they NEVER SHOWED UP!!!!! Worst customer service we’ve ever dealt with by far!
