Perhaps at one time this company may have been good. Unfortunately, in recent months, their trash service has become atrocious. They have multiple, independent RECENT complaints (on their Facebook page) of dumpsters on regular schedules NOT being emptied, which is precisely the issue I'm having with them now. My pickups are on Mondays, and here it is.. Thursday, and my dumpster has not been picked up (emptied). I've called them every day this week and have been told that they are behind but someone will come to pick it up... trash that cannot be thrown away is not piling up INSIDE our office because of this. I've asked to speak directly with a supervisor, but they have denied this. Too sad.. they USED to be really good.

American Sweeping took great care of our commercial construction needs and scheduled us quickly and provided more than adequate and trained individuals with updated trucks and equipment and got the job completed on-time and on-budget! Will definitely work with them on all our companies' future projects where high-end sweeping with lot & curb cleaning is needed. Their office staff was knowledgeable and responded to all my requests for availability and costs in a timely manner.

SWYFT Property Care absolutely delivered when my HVAC went down. It happened during one of those classic Kansas City weeks where the temperature violently swings from 95 to 35. Carlos came out first thing in the morning and was an absolute pro—super friendly, easy to talk to, and insanely knowledgeable. He diagnosed the furnace and air conditioning issues instantly and had the whole system dialed in right away. Getting everything fixed immediately was an absolute game-changer; I don't know what I would have done without Carlos. Massive gratitude to Carlos and the SWYFT team, thanks guys! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Andy Nicholson has been phenomenal with all the lawn care at three of my properties. Mike Ross is amazing at all things plumbing. Any HVAC situations have been handled same day and very fast. Swyft’s team’s skill set is top tier! They’re the only company I go to for lawn care, HVAC, and plumbing repairs. Couldn’t recommend more :)

I rent and our landlord has this business come out every week. They never blow the clippings they leave everything the way it is. They cut my neighbors tomato plant completely down and before they did that they guy picked the tomatoes and put them in his pocket. Didn’t weed eat the rest of the weeds in front of the house etc

They always take care of all my properties needs. If they don't do it to my expectations the first time (which is rare) they come back and fix any issues.
