Both times they have been to my house they worked fast and effective. The staff is great to work with.

They came out immediately to dry out my basement after a flood, but I am going on 3 weeks awaiting a date for the restoration work. They are severely understaffed and overwhelmed with business.

We got a new roof. They also got it done on time and left the property cleaned up. Will definitely hire and recommend them to everyone.

Update because of followup: we paid them less than the full bill because they didn't finish the work. Made them send someone out to go over the bill with us before we would pay.

Was a little disappointed that the company wanted to charge me for and then declined to do a fire restoration estimate because it was not going through an insurance company. So I'm going to take that as this company is not interested in my money or my referral business. Oh well, I guess that's just more business for the next guy.

I visted their location and it unbelievable to see the amount of equipment and specialized personnel that they have!! I've had a chance to work with Vicki Sutcliffe from AAS and I can't say enough about her! They have an AWESOME carpet cleaning service too!

I have used AAS for clean up and they were great. I really like to use a local company when possible and it is even better when they are the best in the business.

AAS recently restored our roof due to hail damaged. They communicated well with us throughout the process and restored the roof in a timely manner.

My building flooded last night and 3 units were affected. AAS came out right away and have been working hard all day in the cold to make sure our building is safe and in good condition.

Bad!!!!! Please don't use this company I almost had another fire from the electrical work he had done. In 2019 now on 6/25/22 This weekend 4 years later the wiring they did almost caused another fire.. still mold everywhere which he said cost $18k and work work im redoing sheet rock was placed behind the tub and shower areas thats not water resistant ots horrible
This horrible company stole 60k and I had to finish my house myself, also i had to pay him 10k to release the lein on my house he placed which he blindside me with.. Jeffery or Jeff the owner is money hungry.and racist, he's needs to be stopped i will be uploading picture once I fin

We have used AAS Restoration and they are a great company! They are a great comfort during times of tragedy and stress. They know how to come in, take charge, and get everything fixed. They say what they will do, and they do it! They stand behind it, too! You can't ask more than that!

Called for a inspection of my roof because several neighbors had their roofs replaced after a large hail storm. Worker was supposed to come out 4 days after I called and follow up with an email regarding the results. Two weeks later and no email. Follow up call to the company and they say they will contact the worker and call me back. Received an email later that night indicating the worker never came out and will not be coming out because there was no confirmed hail damage in my area. I find that unlikely since I was present during the hail storm. At least appease the customer and drop by. Received a follow-up call from roofer. Apparently it was a communication problem and the roofer did come out.

We had our carpets cleaned by AAS. It the best carpet cleaning job i have had done. They were on time, helpful, friendly & also went above and beyond to make our carpet look like new again!!
