Very disappointed with this company’s quality of work and lack of trying to correct the issue. My elderly mother hired them to clean 2 rooms in her house, one of which she just had remodeled and painted. They left huge gouges and scrapes in her trim work and the carpet still had large stains once it dried. She pointed out the scrapes and gauges and they said “we wish you would have pointed that out before you paid us, we would have discounted it” and then did nothing but run and cash the check. We have reached out numerous times to get both issues rectified with ZERO response. Don’t waste your money as you will not get what you paid for whatsoever. Embarrassed for them to call Kearney home.
