Pricing seems appropriate and in between the two national company bids I received which makes me think they are accurately reading the market and in touch with what the work itself fully entails. Warranties are reasonable and the prescibed services lead me to believe there is low likelihood of needing to implement any warranty. The estimate is clear and very we designed. I am expecting a superior product from Boone Wildlife, as I expect the total experience to be.

Bobby and Tucker were great to work with, they took care of my mole problem. They have a great program for this and had some of the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. I would easily recommend them and would gladly have Tucker over again should I ever need to. Tucker clearly explained the options to me and made sure I was comfortable and understood their process.

Extremely happy with the services provided by Boone Wildlife Control. Reese has been great to work with, detailing their plan to help with bats in our soffit/chimney and Rylan was superior in addressing our bat problem. Rylan took the extra time to make sure each entry point was secure to ensure our safety. So glad we found this company.

I appreciate Boone Wildlife for handling our situation with care and professionalism. We called numerous places to seek help due to bats in our chimney, but no one was able to guide us in the right direction. Finally, Levi from Boone Wildlife came out to assess the situation, and a comprehensive plan was devised to rid us of this burden. Tyler arrived shortly after the initial visit to set traps, perform repairs on potential entry points, and even worked in 95-degree temperatures. I am grateful to the entire team and wholeheartedly recommend them!

We got a free estimate from them, and the animal control specialist did a really thorough job of assessing the problems with the property. He was able to identify the entry point and nesting location, and spent a great deal of time helping us even after it was clear we needed much more structural work done than could be provided by Boone. He even helped us assess our own traps we had tried, and mixed fresh bait to show us how to improve our own efforts. Really grateful for the above and beyond work!

Bobby came out to our house to inspect our attic for squirrels. He was very thorough and gave us all the details on possible entry points and the best solution. We ended up utilizing another company that was closer to us and could offer a better rate due to distance, but Bobby even consulted after we received our second quote and pointed us in the right direction to receive services from them. He is truly the best service provider we have ever had in our house and we would absolutely recommend this company!!

Amateurish and unprofessional. After the first contact to receive an estimate, we received the contract and it was full of vague and inconsistent terms. We then waited 10 days to hear management was consulting a "legal advisor" to review the contract clarifications requested, only to get a message that nothing could be changed in the contract. How can I sign a contract that has unclear legal obligations? There are open ended charges that could not be supported with a simple explanation. Hope everyone who reads this will thoroughly read the contract and see the inconsistent times stated and MDC rules that are not specified, nor who is ultimately responsible for satisfaction of those requirements. Terribly frustrating.

Shout out to Devin who did a great job removing a bat who had taken residence in the rafters of our outdoor living space. He took ensuring remediation steps with both the bat and the space to make us feel we won't be having this guest again. Great job, Devin & team!

The team at Boone was excellent to work with. Tyler quickly sealed up our home and ensured that our attic was pest-free from squirrels and bats. We're very grateful to be able to enjoy our house again and sleep peacefully! They have an excellent warranty that shows they truly stand by their work.

I called because of a bat problem in our house, and even though we rent and were ultimately unable to use their services, they were so helpful and understanding! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone with a pest problem in the Kalamazoo area, and they will continue to be the first company I call if I have a pest emergency.

Easy to work with. They were recommended by our pest control company. Reese responded quickly to our inquiry and showed up to do an on site inspection. She evaluated, then quickly and thoroughly explained everything. Invoice followed and it was easy to pay. Communication was inconsistent prior to first crew visit, but this is a small and very busy group this year by all accounts, and Reese suggested that they would call/text and show up...which they did lol. (just a bit more warning would be great but not docking a star for sure).

They put in the 1 way door (you can leave but you can't go back) and over the next 2 weeks the animals tried to figure it out, eventually leaving... then we got a text saying they'd be out in 45 min to finish the job.
100 degree day and ENTIRELY RED CLAY. A foot out and a foot down. They did backbreaking work to dig out around my porch and put in the barrier. (just sayin' the music dude was listening to was a great selection of motown inspired stuff to be sure). It took them a second day to get through it all and they were nothing but gracious and wonderful and obviously good doing their work. so.friggin.hot. Full credit. They deserve a sixth star for working through that.

From start to finish, Boone Wildlife easily beat every other option and I would highly recommend starting with them.

We had squirrels get into a nearly impossible to reach area of our roof that several companies declined to even work on. We ultimately received quotes from four total companies, two local and two nationwide.

Nationwide companies took a few pictures from the ground, had fairly high pricing, and had minimal warranties for the work itself.

The other local company operated similarly, offering a few solutions with no warranty or that would require a second company to come in after.

Boone, on the other hand, took extensive video of the entire roof to make sure any repair would actually solve the issue, vs. fix one area while another point of entry still exists. They then had at least double the warranty coverage of the next highest, all the while being the cheapest total option.

It’s rare that you find a company that not only does a better, more thorough job, but is also the most cost effective.

For any pest control service including difficult ones, I would absolutely recommend Boone Wildlife over any other option. Thank you so much for permanently fixing such a difficult issue!

While I ultimately ended up going with a different provider because of my unique circunstances, I wanted to complement Reese and the team for taking the time to educate me on their process for snake removal. Reese was so knowledgeable and relatable and really helped me to understand my options. Another team member was also very helpful when I called back with some follow up questions. Boone is a solid company and I have no doubts that they provide excellent service.

Nothing good has come from hiring boone for us. They came out because we had a racoon in our attic. We we're told it was mice, though there were no signs of mice. They set traps in an area that we used for storage,none of them caught anything. They had no idea how many traps they set, they don't even know if they removed them all. They put traps all around the entrance to the attic and I almost put my hand on one of them climbing in. They cracked our ceiling while they were in our attic, but the worst part is they talked us into sealing the bottom of our vinyl siding so that bugs could not get in. I have recently learned you're not supposed to do this because water needs to be able to drain out. Now we're going to have to have it all removed. Hopefully there won't be any issues from it being sealed. They never took care of the raccoon or dogs chased it off. Beware of this business

Devon is literally a hero! Had a smell in my house, thought it was a mouse with the cold fronts we've have but after a few days it got worse and we had a hard time getting assistance with locating the animal. Devon found it the animal within maybe 30 minutes! Finally the smell is gone and im so thankful!! Thank you Devon!!!

Whoa. I love commending people for good work and service. I can't think of the last time I reviewed someone I hadn't even worked with. But my unfortunate experience with a representative of this company was just... Rough. Boone, I hope you can use this feedback to grow so that this guy doesn't go on to dig your business into a hole.

I arrived home on a break from work. A Boone Wildlife trailer, with the driver in the truck, was blocking traffic as it was parked across from an already parked car, and my truck couldn't fit through. I asked the driver to back up so I could access my driveway. He was rude and told me I should be able to fit but ultimately did moved as asked.

Once I parked, I looked back because our mailman noted an issue in the street. I saw a line of cars having trouble leaving the neighborhood because of where this man was parked. I asked that they park elsewhere so that our neighbors could get it. The Boone employee hollered that the "other person" (who parked their car across the street long before Boone arrived in our neighborhood) was the problem. He also shouted some other statements about being able to park where he wanted, etc.

This was a very surprising and uncomfortable exchange to have in my own front yard with someone who I presume was being paid by my neighbor for their services. I hope this was a one-off and other people are not generally treated this way by Boone employees. I love supporting small businesses and pest control is important, so I'd hate for one bad apple to spoil the company. That said, Boone Wildlife will always come to mind as a "don't call these guys" when friends ask for a recommendation.

I called for help because a groundhog had taken up residence under my porch and I did not want him buried alive under concrete when I had new porch steps poured. Devin did a wonderful job setting and baiting a trap and within the hour the critter was caught. Unfortunately, I was taking a nap when this happened and I was not aware that two neighbors worked in tandem to set the groundhog free. Devin worked with me tirelessly for the next six days until we caught him again with peanuts. This story caught the attention of Channel Four News and can be seen on my Facebook page (Carl Bost).

Levi did an outstanding job in detailing the remediation process and all the steps necessary to exterminate the mice infestation at our home. We are totally impressed with the services and guarantees Boone Wildlife has recommended. Thank you very much!

Glad I called Boone Wildlife!

After a dead animal in my crawl space source unknown and we simply couldn’t locate.

They sent out Devon, and that dude is a legend professional straight to the point and thoroughly removed the source. He drove a hour away to help us out on a Saturday. This is a problem you never wanna have but if it ever is again a problem (praying it won’t) I’m definitely calling Devon and Boone Wildlife some people just bring their A game and that’s the only game they got.
