Got recommended to 2 other places from State Farm and had problems with them. Called Kirkwood glass as the 3rd recommendation which was crazy bc they were the best and easiest place to ever deal with. The installer was quick and just a genuine dude that's been doing it for 30+ years. If I ever need any type of glass replaced I will go through these guys. Thank you for being easy to deal with and doing a great job!

We needed a replacement piece of glass for a cabinet that got broken. Odd size, couldn't find it at the big box stores and was thinking about using plexiglass instead.

Stopped here and got a quote for less than the plexi and available in a few hours! Saved me money and got me a great looking replacement! Nice value and a local company.

After picking it up, realized we measured wrong and needed the piece cut down more.

They asked me to bring the door and cut it perfectly in less than an hour!

I moved into a house with beautiful original stained glass windows, but the previous owner left only the screens in the 3-track storm windows behind them. Kirkwood Glass was THE ONLY place I found in the St Louis area that would make a single pane glass sash insert for me and was able to custom make the exact size, depth, and silver aluminum color. All for a very affordable price and with a 3-day turn around. Unbelievable service!

I could not be more pleased, when I called they said yes we can, and they did. Call ahead on Thursday timely, came on time, paperwork already done for insurance company. Polite and professional. I called Kirkwood Glass to see if they could change the glass in a front door. The rep was very knowledgeable and explained why they couldn't get the glass out without damaging the door. Now I have the information I need to make an informed decision and this is much appreciated. While he was here I asked about another glass door that I assumed needed to be replaced but he showed me how to clean it properly so a replacement wasn't necessary. Although I didn't buy anything from Kirkwood Glass this visit, they definitely earned my trust and I know I'll call them the next time I need glass.

We have had great experience with Kirkwood Glass Co. They have helped us with shower enclosure glass on two separate projects several years apart. I am so pleased with the cost and the installation. I highly recommend their work!

I'm sure they do great work because I was referred here by multiple people, unfortunately I barely made it in the front door before the blonde woman working the front was so overly rude and unaccommodating to every single thing I mentioned. She shot me down every time I spoke, interrupted me and was so unwilling to be helpful or even kind. I just think when someone is paying for a service you provide a little kindness goes a very long way. There is plenty of glass companies. If you don't appreciate your customers I will gladly take my money elsewhere.

Put in a claim to my insurance for a new windshield and someone was out to replace my glass the next business day. He came out to my work and completed the replacement quickly in 15 minutes while I went about my day. He was incredibly friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

I recently had a windshield crack on a 1-year old car with all the state-of-the-art electronics in the windshield. A friend had a recent similar experience and referred me to Kirkwood Glass, saying they repaired his windshield perfectly and were a pleasure to work with. I took his advice and could not be more pleased. Everyone I dealt with at Kirkwood Glass was polite, professional and customer-oriented. They were efficient, responsive and their work was of the highest quality. I worried about all the "stuff" in the windshield, fearing it would not work as before. NOT TOO WORRY! They knew what they were doing! All is well again, and I would highly recommend Kirkwood Glass.

Arrived at promised time. Replaced windshield on my car in driveway.
Fast, about 20 minutes. Cleaned both sides if glass and transfered inspection sticker to new glass. John did a great job.

Had one of your workers come to my house to look at a simple window that is 8 feet of the ground, he rudely states multiple times that it is to dangerous for him to work on or measure. After waiting 6 weeks for him to come and just measure. After talking with owner they where just as rude lacking professionalism and would never recommend. Avoid at all costs.

Would not recommend, highly unprofessional staff and rude!!! Order a shower door, wasnt cheap, they bring it to my truck uncovered, not in a box and wonder why I didn't bring and covers to protect the doors. Really? I just spent quite a bit of money and you don't even have it in a box, just hand it to me like I am the moron. Wouldn't recommend, plenty of competitors I would chose before these unprofessionals

overpriced. $100 for literally moving the window back in place with zero liability if it breaks. reasonably i would of paid $60 for the quick 10-15min service. they did check something else but then in the invoice said they can't help and referred me elsewhere. tried to pay the bill by login into the email they sent and there is no way to pay for it and it states the bill is overdue.

I had a chip that turned into a crack in the double-pane, movable lower sash of a single hung white vinyl original construction window on the rear of my house. I contacted a couple of glass companies. Got quotes from over $200 to about $135. Kirkwood quoted $137. I took out the sash, took it to Kirkwood, they looked at it measured it and ordered a new double pane glass unit to be installed in the sash frame. I took it back home, taped it up for temporary service and waited for the new glass to come in. The window was about 16-17 years old and was weathered, so the vinyl seal between the sash frame and glass was not soft, but was intact. When I picked it up, a 3-1/2 inch long piece of the vinyl seal at the bottom of the sash on the outside was missing and the price had risen to $211 because the glass had some sort of "coating". An employee carried the window to my car and put it in the back, so I wouldn't and didn't notice that the vinyl seal was damaged. I called them after I got home and noticed it and they at first denied the damage and then made excuses. I'm guessing it takes someone who knows what they're doing about 5 minutes to put new glass into a vinyl frame. You'd think for $200 they could have at least removed the damaged vinyl seal and run a bead of caulk along the bottom of the window. I have to say that everyone was very nice, but I'd think twice before going back.

They do patio table glass! What a great group of people. They were friendly and helpful. Customer service is still alive and well here. Everything went smooth and timely in the replacement of the top and the delivery to return our table. I would highly recommend this company!

I have had several auto glass jobs completed by this company and the work is always first rate, and accomplished in a timely manner.

I got my windshield replaced here about 2 months ago. Today my windshield split. I went back for help. They insisted there was a new chip, which caused the split. I do not see a new chip, and the guy acknowledged there was a "little spillover" on the cushion part of the windshield, but according to him that was of no consequence. After giving me his diagnosis, he did not tell me what could be done to help, but instead walked away leaving me outside by myself. They were extremely rude and I felt disrespected. I was ready to pay them to help me and instead they left me confused and feeling as though I was not important enough to be helped or have them spend their time on me.
