Quick, easy, fast service

Kerri was amazing even tho she didn't know what a Hisense was 🤣. She got me scheduled immediately. Then they had a cancel and she got me a technician even sooner. Matt came out and tested my unit and indeed found a leak with my ac which way causing my issues. So now we are waiting for warranty to honor their end. 💯 Recommend them

This was a plumbing issue. I had a 1-year home warranty when I purchased my home. Earlier this week I noticed it was wet under my sink. They had a service technician here the next day. It turned out my garbage disposal had rusted through. They were very quick to diagnose the problem and replace my disposal. My kitchen is back in business again. I only paid the $100 deductible.

Robert did amazing with rebuilding my shower valve and installing a new tub. He went above and beyond and installed my new tub with damaging as little tile as possible as I did not want to replace the tile yet. We thought that the damage would be much more but he carefully removed the old tub and the tile looks untouched besides what is directly around it. He also installed a new drain for my washing machine and his partner Jesus found a leak to my toilet. I highly recommend Robert with Better Service.

Better Service Inc. was great from the get go. Extremely polite and professional. Their technician Joey Crowe arrived on time and was prepared for the replacement of my antique water heater. Any questions I had, he answered.

Thank you better service for getting out to our office same day to fix our heater. We had another company look at it but were unable to complete the job. You guys came out in the afternoon and got the problem solved ASAP. The tech was very nice and did a great job explaining the issue and how he fixed it. Our unit is located on our roof and we thought that would be an issue but the tech had no problem whatsoever getting it done. I will continue to use this company for future jobs and recommend to anyone that needs work done. Also, the office manager, Kerri, was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and kind when we were in distress. She made sure to keep us calm and up to date on the process. 10/10 would recommend

I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received! Robert, the plumber, came out and identified a hidden problem—a broken pipe under my house—that no one else noticed. He quickly shut off the water, checked the meter, and then took it upon himself to coordinate for me—he talked to my insurance company, the foundation company, and his own boss to get the repairs moving. I didn’t even know about the pipe issue, but Robert’s alertness and dedication were incredible. If you need someone who truly has your back, Robert is your guy!
