This company fixed our heating problem quickly and did a great job. We had called another company first that couldn’t figure out the problem so now we will always call 1st Call heating and air for our heating and air needs.

Terrific service honest and very knowledgeable 1st call will be my first call anytime I need something either complicated or difficult. I manage 10 short term rentals in the area and the guests that require emergency service and myself are always impressed with the quality service

Had an emergency air conditioning problem with guests to arrive the next day. It was late but Robby came to the rescue.. diagnosed and fixed the problem. Very thorough and just a nice guy. I'd recommend his services for sure.

Installed a new Goodman unit at a reasonable price. The unit works well, though it takes some time to cool the 1,300 square foot house if there has been minimal cooling , ie temp at 78 degrees.

While other companies told me they couldn’t make it, First Call showed up, ready to help. The technician was professional, friendly, and got my heater working again in no time. On top of that, their prices were very affordable. Truly reliable and honest service — I highly recommend them!

Robby is the best hvac guy his service above all the best I have had owning multiple properties and building many homes for others. I have had a few hvac units and Robby is one of the top tier in service and knowledge and he is more than honest with everything he has done for us. No matter how big or small the job he gets it done and the price is fair if you have any issues he takes care of them with out even asking. We used 1st call hvac for a few service calls and now a whole house install he was able to get it done in a flash picked up the unit and installed all in the same day. Robby noticed a valve he installed last summer that was not working correctly, ordered the new part and put us on the calendar to install the replacement fee of charge as it was under warranty. I have never had an hvac service do that ever. Robby is our guy if you own a rental unit in the Branson area you’re cheating your self if you don’t use Robby at 1st call hvac. Thank you Robby for being so awesome.
