Nobody believes me when I tell them. A plumber showed up TWICE as expected and scheduled ON TIME too. Mine was a Septic issue and I live farther away for them. They still helped me knowing no one else would. I ended up getting a new tank and drain field. If I told you the price, again you wouldn't believe me. Did some hvac work behind Barnes plumbing. they did an exceptional job on a commercial hot water heater. I was very impressed with their craftsmanship. I will definitely be calling Barnes plumbing and septic for any of my clients needs.

I have used Barnes Plumbing twice in the last year - once for a water line replacement to a barn hydrant and once for a minor water leak in a copper pipe in the ceiling of my home. I will use them again for any type of plumbing needs. Melanie is very easy to get in contact with, listens well, and clearly communicates what next steps are. She works you into the schedule in a timely manner and sticks to the schedule and the quoted price. I also appreciate the friendly and competent people she employs. It isn't often I can say that I trust a company, but I definitely can say that about Barnes Plumbing. Definite 5 stars.

Alex Miller is one of the nicest people I ever met, I had low water pressure coming thru my shower head, he came in and fixed my problem within 15 minutes. Very respectful and gets straight to work and doesn’t waste mine or his time.

My house was backed up and it was an emergency, Chad came out and diagnosed my problem and got me draining , turned out I had roots and he gave me a quote to dig up my sewer and I told him to get it done. Very friendly , very professional, on time , efficient and quick, and fair cost on everything. I know anytime I need any plumbing done , I will be calling this company and asking for Chad. 5 stars All Around the board.

Honestly, if I could give a thousand stars I would. They are quick, professional, accommodating and thoughtful. I called on a Sunday and they came out Monday afternoon and then finished Tuesday morning. I needed a whole new sewer line and I felt like I was their only customer because of the amazing treatment.
The price was more than fair and I would recommend them a million times over.

They fixed two outside faucets for us. Would highly recommend. Very professional and did a great job. Also, warranty their work for six months 👍

One five star review for Barnes Plumbing and Septic would not even begin to cover the outstanding service they provide, from first contact with them we have felt like a cloud had been lifted off of our septic problems. To say they go above and beyond caring for their clients is a MASSIVE understatement! Our problems were what horror movies are based off of (for a homeowner) but they fixed in a day what we have been dealing with for years... We have had the best service by them!! Chad came out and helped us with a problem that we could not figure out. He had it found and fixed in a very timely manner. Great customer service, extremely polite and was very knowledgeable in everything he was telling us. I 1000% will recommend them to everyone and will be using them anytime we have any problems in the future!

Mel came and helped with/replaced our hot water heater over a holiday weekend. She is great and her work is first-rate. I was also pleased with the bill. Definitely recommend!
