Melanie made several repairs to our plumbing and ensured our home was to code prior to us selling. She was professional, prompt, efficient and did excellent work. Very pleased with the service provided. Our kitchen sink was backing up and Alex got us going again. He was very kind and never talked down to me. In fact he took the time to explain things to me when I asked questions and was just overall genuinely nice and professional.

One of my pipes broke over the weekend, and I had to turn off my water tank so no hot water. I usually have Swan plumbing come out for my plumbing needs, but they are always so busy and couldn't fit me in. I was finally able to get Barnes Plumbing and Septic to come out and take a look. Some places don't work on mobile homes, so I was glad that Barnes could. Alex from Barnes came over and fixed the pipe right up. Alex was super courteous and knowledgeable. He told me what was exactly wrong and how much it would be to fix it. I'm so happy that I finally have hot water again. Alex was awesome. Highly recommend Alex and Barnes Plumbing and Septic.

I wish I could give a higher rating, but after being left with this eye sore to deal with, I just can’t. I’m a small business owner and we used Barnes plumbing and septic to add plumbing to our basement for an in-home salon. The initial job appeared to be well done. But when their employee was jackhammering the concrete in our basement, he forgot to cover the outdoor drain and it filled with concrete so it would not drain. They offered to add an external sump pump to fix the situation which we were not happy about, but they said that the only other way to fix it would be to tear up our deck completely, and that would not be possible for them to do. They came yesterday to add the sump pump. It is huge and sloppy and messy looking and it is right at the entry way to the salon and now we will have maintenance on this piece of equipment for the entire time we live in this house due to a mistake that they made. The only other solution they offered us is to build a small deck to cover up the sump pump which I had told them that my husband was already doing. No other solutions were offered for a mistake that they made. I don’t know why this review won’t let me post a picture, But I have plenty and they are not pretty.

We had an undetected leak. Called Barnes Plumbing and they were here the next day. Alex was fantastic! He fixed the leak which had caught extensive damage to a floor and contents. He even gave us the name of a contact to help with the water damage! So appreciated his professional attitude and help.
