Unfortunate that I feel the need to write this, I was very optimistic about this company doing the grading and seeding of my yard at my new build and planned to have them also do some flower beds later this year. It took about 4 weeks from start to finish to get my yard graded and hydro seeded- weather had some impact on that which I understood and they also had some equipment issues . The grading job they did was great, and when they finally seeding the yard I asked the owner a few questions about watering etc.. but I was surprised to find the next morning a text message from the owner asking me to meet up with him that day to give him payment. Obviously I am happy to pay for the service but they hadn’t even sent me the final bill and he claimed they had payroll this week and that he was tight on money and needed the check that day or next day. This is incredibly unprofessional and I don’t think you should put your mismanagement of funds on your customers to fix. It took a month get the job done but payment is needed the day after ? I suggested to him that if that’s what he expects he should probably let people know ahead of time as most people can’t just leave their job to meet up somewhere and give payment. He also said well usually I do walk through after job is done and get payment which again was never offered or discussed with me. Very disappointed with this company and owner and how this all was handled. Will not be using again.
