Good hours available to go and look around. Friendly and informative. Price is a little better than average especially if you use the recommended plumber to run your new gas lines.

Great experience on our first fireplace. Our basement fireplace ran into a glitch. Our propane tank was delayed 2 days after log installation was scheduled. We were told pushing back 2 days was not an option. We were also told if there were any issues we would have to wait 14 weeks (middle of February) before they could come out. We found the exact same products from Woodland Direct for several hundred dollars less.
Unfortunately we can not recommend them.

AMAZING! Worked with Courtney and she answered questions in minutes I had been searching online, unsuccessfully, for months at. Great show room, great kids play area, amazing service /knowledge and obviously great fireplaces.

Great experience! Staff in the store is very helpful and the guys installing care about installing correctly. Heated my whole house with 7 pieces of wood yesterday I would recommend a Buck stove 71 installed by Hearth and Home to anyone.
