They were super responsive and got to us within a few days of calling.

Mr. Appliance was amazing to work with on our Hestan freezer. They were easy to schedule and had Richard with R600 commercial expertise come out and fix a freezer no other service company was able to do. I would highly recommend them for any appliance repair.

I am so impressed with this company. From Richard who came to my house to the kind lady who answered the phone. Unfortunately, my washer couldn't be fixed, but they told me that! Didn't try to rack up the bill. They are HONEST. I highly recommend them

I was taken back when the technician arrived and told me that there was a service fee on top of the $119 trip fee. Once he explained that the service fee also included the one year warranty, it made me feel a little better.
He was very knowledgeable and explained what he was going to do, ordered the part and came back as promised.
They are a little expensive however he was very thorough and did exactly what he said. He was neat and left me feeling like I got exactly what I paid for.

Our dryer had stopped heating. I sent a message on the website and got a quick response with an appointment scheduled for the next morning between 9-12. Richard was our technician and he arrived shortly after 9, diagnosed the problem and was able to run out and get the part needed right away. Dryer was back and running in no time!
