WOW!!! What can I say about PACT Construction Services.We had a small fire in our home, but large enough to have us living in a hotel.

Mr. Hopke was out the same day I called for an estimate and with the communication and prompt response we started the project. He even helped me through the insurance process helping me understand and ask the right questions.

Mr. Sweany handled all the coordinating of the different trades needed to complete the repairs on our home in the time frame they said they would. If I had any questions all I had to do was call him and he would get the answer for me. Communication is a key and Mr Sweany nailed it.

I would highly recommend PACT to anyone who asks and I now have them on speed dial. They are now my first call for any restoration or emergency needs. Thanks to everyone who helped get us back in our home.

PACT completely remodeled our new space after a fire destroyed our business, Shining Light Music. They built out 15 new office spaces and altered existing space. All the contractors, workers, and supervisors were helpful, respectful, thorough, and professional. The work done is beautiful! We are eager to occupy these spaces. We are very pleased and would use this company again if the need arises.

I worked with Nick as my primary contact on a couple of my properties that were needing restoration. One of the properties had a short fuse on the timeline as we were working to get it sold. He clearly defined the expectations up front and I was pleased with the communication throughout the duration of the project. We were on vacation and when we got home one of our pipes burst under our basement kitchen sink. We don't know how long it was leaking (mostly pouring out). We contacted our insurance company and they recommended PACT to mitigate the damage. Long story short, they were on site within 48 hours of the damage after our plumber fixed the leak. Tyler and his crew came prepared to move out furniture and exercise equipment, then proceded to remove the destroyed bottom kitchen cabinets, soaked carpeting and all the damaged sheetrock and insulation. What a mess!! They set up plastic barriers with zippered doorways to keep the damage to a minimum. All debris was removed; they salvaged the counter top. They treated all areas for mold and bacterial growth, then set up a huge industrial dehumidifier along with multiple air dryers to get everything dry. The intial work was done in two days and the drying took three days. Everything was ready for the insurance claims adjuster to do his inspection within one week!! If you ever have water damage or worse, do not hesitate to call PACT. They know what they are doing and document everything for the insurance company. My wife and I were very satisfied with the results, making a rotten situation into a tolerable inconvenience that we can overcome quickly. Thanks and God bless the PACT Team!!

PACT saved the day. Our house was under contract to sell within two weeks when we had a toilet water line break and flood three floors of our home. Puro Clean and PACT were able to get in dry everything and put the new floors and ceilings in within nine days. The whole crew worked diligently to help make sure the future homeowners were satisfied and able to move in.

Hello this is Brian & Tiffany Kim with MY Play Cafe in Lee’s Summit. Our landlord referred us to Jeremy at PACT (Partners Achieving Construction Together). Having some knowledge in project management, I know there are always three major constraints: cost, quality, and time. Usually you are faced with deciding which 2 out of the 3 constraints you want, but never all 3. Well, either we got lucky this round or due to Jeremy’s background in the military and insurance (adjuster), he and the team delivered all 3.

We are a first time brick & mortar business owners and had some of our own trial and error. Jeremy was patient, especially when we shifted the work orders and made sure we had an open communication throughout the whole process (getting our permits from the city to the final punch list). If there were any issues, he made sure it was fixed as well.

PACT lives up to their name. They truly partner with their clients in delivering excellent work. We are glad we gained new friends at PACT through the process.

We have used PACT for a few projects. You get what you pay for and the work they provide is exceptional. Dylan is truly professional. Definitely recommend!
