He performed a deep fireplace cleaning, chimney odor removal, and chimney cap installation. We chose a stainless steel chimney cap for its durability, and he explained the benefits clearly. He also repaired the old chimney chase cover and performed a small fireplace repair. I appreciated that he didn’t upsell or rush the job—he took the time to do it right.
