Hired for a through clean before moving into a home Great communication prior to the actual day of the clean. I also had to change the date due to contractors running a tad behind and they changed the date with no problem. Did fantastic work. Thinking when get settled from the move will hire for cleaning on a regular basis.

Organized, dependable and doing a great job. This company is easy to work with, if there is a problem they are quick to remedy it. And they are honest. I would recommend.

Elite Clean always does a great job cleaning my home. They even go the extra mile & arrange my kids stuffed animals on their beds. They communicate well & are easy to work with in regard to schedule changes. The employees are polite & professional.

We had a rental and when we called My Elite Clean they came out did a move-out clean and they did a great job. They saved us a lot of time and didn't have to stress while we were trying to sell our rental. We would use them again.

I scheduled my home to have the “world class” cleaning and then I wanted to set up a weekly cleaning service. The girls that showed up to do the cleaning were nice but they did not do the job that I paid for, I did contact the company and they did send the girls back the following day. I was happy with that. Then I set up a time for them to come and measure my floors so I could have a price for the weekly service and not once but twice did they no call no show, very disappointing. I gave multiple chances for them to come and then I could not even get the courtesy of a phone call to let me know they would not be there. I would not recommend this cleaning service, you would have thought as a first time customer that was wanting to set up a weekly service that more care would have been given. I would also call the cleaning sub par as they did not get my white tile floors clean and could not get my stainless steal appliances clean they told me on the return visit that they would need to get a different cleaner but they would get it so starting with the weekly my appliances would be clean.

Reading the posts of others experiences makes me feel shorted or maybe there's been management changes.. To say this experience was great would be a lie!

We paid for a deep cleaning service for our 4 bedroom/3 bathroom home. However, only 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were cleaned, but I really can't say it was "deep cleaned." Not only did we pay full price, we also needed to pay extra because it took them longer than expected to clean.

In our guest bedroom, there was still visible dust on the headboard and shelves attached. Mind you, there wasn't even a mattress on the frame, so all they literally needed to do was sweep and mop around the bed frame and dust the headboard.

We blamed our first experience on my son being a distraction since he talked about watching snap chat videos with one of the cleaners (the cleaner and my son were both seniors in HS).

Today, we had our 1st "2 week routine" cleaning, and again, the 1 cleaner couldn't clean my STILL 4bd/3ba home within the allotted time. My question is, if 2 cleaned couldn't clean my house within the timeframe, why would you only send 1 cleaner the next time?! My house did not get smaller!

So again, I'm paying full price (they charge you in the morning so regardless of the outcome, they already got paid) and got charged extra because the 1 cleaner couldn't clean my 4br/3ba house in time. AND again, only 3 of my bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were cleaned. AND again, I wouldn't call it clean but "straightened up."

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY... You can clean your house better than them or find another company that willing to work for the money you're spending!

The woman I spoke with, Angelica, was very kind and professional. I ended up setting up an appointment for a deep clean as an anniversary gift to my husband. Overall, Lacey did a fantastic job cleaning my home. But she told me she couldn’t pick up anything off the floor per the company’s rules. I was confused because this wasn’t communicated before I paid for the service. I knew they wouldn’t do any heavy lifting, but I didn’t know they wouldn’t pick up my son’s toys off the floor. I ended up cleaning my son’s room and picking up everything off the floor. The only thing I left on the floor was trash that had to be thrown away. Lacey picked that up for me. For over $300 I expect them to be able to pick things up on the floor. If you have children, just know they won’t pick up after them. If you have things on the counter they will just put them where they found them after they’re done cleaning that area. I expected a little bit more for that amount of money, but my bathrooms are sparkling, kitchen smells nice and clean, dust is gone, and my floors have never looked better. On time and quick. Now that I know what to expect there’s a 50/50 chance I’ll use Elite Clean again.

I talked with Patricia for over 30mins about my needs and concerns, she listened and made me feel very comfortable. I immediately booked a cleaning. I am preparing to sell my house. I needed my house deep cleaned and ready for a photographer within the week. I called elite clean and they were able to fit me in within a couple days. The girls were on time, polite, and came in and worked hard. However, they missed a few things, as any human being might (my house was bad so not their fault). I let Patricia know I need a few missed things cleaned up and the next morning the girls came back out to finish the job. I love the results! I couldn’t be more happier and would highly recommend elite clean to anyone! I will be using them for my move out once the house sells. Customer service was great. Patricia was very responsive and quickly. I am ready for my professional photographer to come and take pictures!
