Use Williams every year for leaf removal. Easy to work with, always shows up when he says he will, and always at a fair price. Will always use these guys, and will recommend to others.

So happy I talked my husband into hiring a professional to install our fire pit!! Not that we couldn’t do it ourselves, but for the simple fact that this saved us time, trips made to gather materials/tools and not to mention ours backs!!!

I was referred to Williams Lawn & Maintenance by my new neighbor after I purchased my first home in 2016. At that time I found out that the company also was servicing two (2) other neighbors on my block. So, I knew I had to give this company a trial run. Let's just say that I am going on my second year in my home and this company is still my lawn service. I love how they cut my lawn leaving straight lines as well as when they trim the edges around my property, they also make sure that there is no grass on your driveway and steps. This pass winter the company also stop by to see if I wanted my driveway shoveled and this was a service that I did not know they offered! You will not be disappointed by this company as they are reasonable in price and most importantly they know the lawn business.

We had Williams Lawn clear all of our leaves from our front and backyard and they did a great job! They even cleared the leaves from under our deck. Super clean job and nice people. This is the second year we have used them and will use them again next year.

This company is impressive. I received a quick response and the crew showed up to clean up leaves and spread mulch when scheduled. Employees were polite and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to help me pull a tractor out of the mud for no extra charge. This required a second trip to the house. I will be using more of their services in the future.

Williams lawn has done a spectacular job giving the front of our house a much needed facelift, brand new retaining wall, flower garden, and new lighting. They have also helped with much needed draining in our back yard. We have since hired them to maintain our lawn this season. Can’t recommend them enough, look forward to doing new projects with them too!

Dylan almost always answers the phone, or he calls you right back. They came around the same time every week. If the lawn did not need mowed and I forgot to call, they used good judgment and did not mow it just to charge me for the week. I never had to worry about my gate being left open or damaged.

I have used Williams for a couple of years now. They do a great job whether it’s maintaining a lush lawn and established landscape or cleaning out a jungle when I acquired my new home. Highly recommend!

I had Williams Lawn come to help with an erosion problem in my yard. Dylan listened to my concerns and my future plans for the area. The immediate problem was level the steep slope, allow me to be able mow the area and stop erosion. Dylan had a good solution for a partial small retaining wall, leveling the area and allowing for much easier mowing. Dylan and his team were very punctual with all their appointments, courteous and made a plan that had almost no impact to the other areas of my lawn. I highly recommend Williams Lawn for landscaping projects.

The service we were using had gone out of business and had not cut our lawn for over 2 weeks. Needless to say we wanted to find a good, reliable service quickly.

I contacted Dylan from Williams Lawn & Total Maintenance, on a Thursday. I found him quite knowledgeable and very likable. He answered my list of questions, and provided other helpful information. When I asked how quickly he could have someone over I was told Monday at the latest. Well Saturday morning we heard the wonderful sound of a lawn mower in our front yard. Truly music to our ears! The lawn was beautifully cut and trimmed. There were no grass clippings left on our sidewalks or driveway.

I highly recommend Williams for all of you lawn care needs.

William's lawn service is the best lawn service I've ever had! They did a great job seeding my muddy back yard and the grass came in amazingly! They leveled out the sloped areas and do a great job mowing. Their leaf clean up is by far the best I've seen around Lee's summit. Fair pricing and great workers!
