I was so happy with my initial deep clean! Faith and Dana did an excellent job and took such great care of little details. The floors were spotless to walk on, the cabinets were sparkly clean, and my bathtub finally had no icky line around the top! Not to mention the care they took of my daughter’s room (rearranging figurines exactly as she’d left them/placing most loved stuffies in her bed to greet her) was so meaningful. I’ve recommended them to everyone I know and can’t wait for next month’s clean!

There is nothing better than having your house cleaned and Arianna at Clean Heart Maid’s is the best!! She has been with me for quite some time and I don’t know what I’d do without her. I had Clean Heart Maids come out and do a deep clean on my townhouse. They did a PHENOMENAL job. The ladies that came out were so kind and extremely thorough. We are clean people, but the CHM team cleaned stuff I didn’t even know needed it. They did the ceiling fans, vents, corners, baseboards, everything. It was perfect. 10/10 would recommend them to everyone. My partner said that our couch didn’t even look this nice when we bought it! I will definitely be rescheduling asap!

We’ve been using Clean Heart Maids for a year now and we have had nothing but a positive experience with every monthly clean. Not only are the cleaners efficient, friendly, and reliable, the customer service from CHM is unmatched. They’re always willing to be flexible with special instructions, rescheduling needs, and are receptive to any and all feedback. We genuinely look forward to our cleans every month!

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend CHM. I really wanted to love the company based on all the rave reviews including local KC influencers as well as the charitable work they do, and I’m sure they do great work for some clients, however my “deep clean”was less than desirable. Life is busy with working full time and young kids. My mom also lives with us part time so I was really looking forward to a deep clean to take some stuff off my plate, especially around the holidays. CHM provided me with a quote of roughly $660 for a deep clean (more before a discount) so I assumed I’d get my money’s worth, but there were multiple check list items that were not completed or only partially complete. My house was in pretty could shape since my family has lived in the house for 3 months and we haven’t even fully unpacked, plus I did a deep clean before moving in. Some issues: The front of my ovens were not wiped, trash was not collected in my son’s room, vents were not dusted, light fixtures were not cleaned, bookshelves were not dusted, front of a bathroom vanity was not wiped down, among other things. I asked that they clean the oven, and that was not done. Granted, this request was made after I initially declined the oven cleaning but Thanksgiving had passed and I decided it should be done. Another frustration came with the hardwood floor cleaning. The majority of my flooring is hardwood. Weeks prior to the clean, I asked if they could use the flooring company’s floor cleaner since we had our hardwood floors refinished. I sent pictures of the product, as requested, and was told it was approved and they could use it. On the day of the clean, I got a few calls while working saying they didn’t have anything to measure or use the cleaner, specifically an empty spray bottle. I gave permission for them to get a bucket from the garage, fill with warm water, and add a splash of cleaner since it’s a concentrate, which is how I do it. Despite those instructions, I was told they can either use their floor cleaner or wash with just warm water. I chose the warm water since the flooring company said to not use the cleaners CHM uses. Obviously warm water alone did not actually clean the floors. I emailed the email address on their website the evening of the deep clean with the issues. I did not receive a response and was billed the following day. When I responded to the billing email about my concerns, I was then told there was a 24-hour guarantee and they could send someone back out. I was also told they do not regularly monitor the email address that I emailed so they did not see my email. And I was not made aware of the 24 hour guarantee when I scheduled the clean so I had already cleaned most of what was not cleaned. It’s an unsettling feeling knowing multiple techs were in my home with so many tasks left undone that I did not feel comfortable with them coming back while I was working. Because of all the issues, I requested a partial refund and was told they cannot offer “discounts.” The company again offered to send a tech back out or provide a free oven or free fridge clean. I did not feel that those offers were a fair resolution given the cost and what was left undone. As mentioned above, I’m sure this company does great work but I did not receive that great work. I was also looking forward to some blankets or toilet paper shaped into little hearts (as was my daughter), but we did not get that service.

My first time ever hiring a cleaning service for our house! I was blown away by how amazing Jeaneth, Natalie and Kimberly were. There attention to detail were amazing and they were so friendly and professional. Would 100% recommend clean heart maids!

Sadly, this is the second time we have used CHM and this experience was awful. We have a 1700 sq ft house: 3bed 2.5 bath. I would say our house is overall clean, we had actually cleaned the bathrooms the weekend before our service, and we don’t have places for Knick knacks. We were quoted $475 which seemed steep, but it was a deep clean so we understood.
The crew was running two hours late, which wasn’t a big deal so they showed up to our house at 3 PM. Because they were running behind I think CHM sent more help to get the job done. You could tell it was a very rushed job Because they couldn’t get out the door fast enough at 5 PM on the dot. We have carpet in the three bedrooms and LVP throughout the rest of the house and carpet on the stairs. My husband brought up that they were tracking mud up and down our stairs and they played our toddler whom we don’t let even have shoes on in the house for it. They didn’t address The mud they tracked in on the stairs, did an awful job with all of the stainless steel and I ended up cleaning it myself afterwards. I made a comment to the lead cleaner that it seemed unreasonable for them to call and ask for two more hours of cleaning time and for us to pay them when we were quoted for 75 for the entirety of the house. They sacrificed by not touching the basement or our stairs which you have to go up and down to even get into our house to the main level. So they cleaned the three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living area and said that it was nine total hours of cleaning work between all of the people that were present. I have absolutely no idea how that could’ve been nine hours worth of work and how they would’ve filled that time with what was done. I will post pictures below of before and after and things that I found to be very disappointing. Included in the clean is even cleaning your blinds on your windows, which we don’t even have so there went a lot of time that would’ve otherwise been dedicated to that. When I called to talk about my disappointment, they were able to offer me a 10% discount which is honestly a slap in the face because there are so many influencer discounts out there for 10%.Our cleaning service was on January 27 and we didn’t get billed for the balance until March 10.
When I called to speak about my dissatisfaction with the service, I was told that the $475 is just a quote. But based on that logic and then quoting us for the entire house, I feel as though I should’ve only paid 2/3 of their quote if they’re only going to clean 2/3 of the house that they quoted.

What was so amazing was I watched the last person mop her way out of our house to this top of the stairs to then walk out the door. I point-blank said I don’t think our hallway was mopped at all and she said oh yeah we ran out of time and turned around and walked out. So they couldn’t even finish mopping the 10 feet of hallway that we had which is absolutely insane and that happened right in front of my face.

I normally wouldn’t be so picky, but all of it combined was just ridiculous. Even the top of my refrigerator I could see exactly where they wiped and didn’t even bother to extend their arm out to reach under the cabinet. It was very lazy work and you will see in the before and after Below the picture that looks good with the stainless steel.

Apparently, this cleaning company only does a good job for the influencers in Kansas City not the everyday day customer. I would never recommend them again.

I started using Clean Heart Maids when I moved to my new house over the summer and I have been so impressed by The quality of work and the amount of professionalism that the cleaners have and the organization in the communication from the office. I hired Clean Heart Maids to do a deep clean of our home for my husband and I. Drea and Lillian did a phenomenal job. The two of them got the whole house cleaned leaving the house smelling great and looking fantastic! I definitely plan to use Clean Heart Maids again for both maintenance cleans and any future deep cleans. Highly recommend!

We have been using Clean Heart Maids as our home cleaning service for the past four years and it has been the best decision (and investment!) we have made as a family. The Clean Heart Maids team has given me time back as a Mom to pour into other areas of my life that doesn't involve spending two hours on the weekend deep cleaning our home :) They are hands down the best cleaning service in Kansas City if you ever find yourself in need of a home clean!

With schoolwork and daily chores, it became hard to keep our large home consistently clean. After trying a few services, we chose Clean Heart Maids, and they’ve been reliable and done an excellent job every visit. While we don’t always get the same recurring technician, they’re happy to try when requested. Since we’re a bit selective with strangers in our home, for that reason we give four stars. Personal preference, We really appreciate the effort and kindness when it happens!

And when our favorite tech does come out, it truly makes a difference. She’s genuine & personable, always checks if there’s anything else we want, and even shared a fun game rec on her way out this morning. Having that sense of familiarity and care really matters to us.

We finally decided that it was time to hire a cleaning service so we could spend more time as a family. We are very happy with the work that Clean Heart Maids did at our first deep clean service. I also added on our oven and was shocked at how sparkly new it looked. We look forward to the routine cleans in the future. We are very happy with their work and kindness.

I welcomed Clean Heart Maids into my home for the first time today. Have no idea why I waited so long. Their floor to ceiling deep clean was INCREDIBLE and I'm so glad to have them returning on a monthly basis. They're not cheap but you get what you pay for! I'm impressed.
