Our furnace decided to go out on 12/15/20, after some quick research for service companies in our area we settled on Lee's Summit Heating and Cooling due to their great reviews online. They were booked and had to add me to a waiting list and told me they could get me first thing on 12/16. They ended up getting us in on the 15th after all and their tech Eric came and assessed the problem. He had to order a part for us and the turnaround from contact to being fixed was just under three days. Excellent service, very fair prices and their tech Eric is amazing and a valuable asset. We ended up getting a maintenance plan with them and now have peace of mind about our heating and cooling in home and they have a customer for life. I highly recommend this company. Got a new furnace for a large home. They did a great job. Matthew, Don, Eric and Joe were wonderful and did a great install. I'm thrilled to have my new unit. I'd tell anyone to check out Lee's Summit Heating and Cooling. Incredible service and a totally trustworthy company. They go the extra mile and do it the right way. Thanks guys.

I am impressed with Luis Lopez, HVAC Tech with Lee's Summit Heating & Cooling. He immediately determined possible issues with our AC unit after listening to me describe my concerns. He communicated his plan of action & showed me several options to not only fix the primary problem but to bring the whole system up to peak operating standard while looking for ways to save me money. I really appreciate the respect, professionalism and friendliness shown by Luis. Thank you.

Justin came out this past Saturday for my maintenance on my HVAC system that had been rescheduled due to weather the previous Monday. Very nice gentleman and took care of my needs and recommended a repair to be done. Did not force the ignition switch on furnace to be replaced but suggested due to wear and showed me the old part vs a new one and the wear. He was very efficient and took care of my needs. Also, Stephanie the office has been very helpful with my needs on the rescheduled appointment due to the weather.. Great job by them both.

Never had experience with their services, but I have had experiences with their drivers Till Today on July 28 of 2025 at 7 AM saw one of their ram trucks hauling around 80 mph down Buckner Tarsney heading towards 50 highway in Grain Valley, Missouri. He rode my behind and was driving recklessly would go over the line even when it wasn’t dotted I would trust their business and don’t get me wrong. I bet it’s good but that one Driver needs to be punished for the stupid things. He’s done he did it like five different cars going down the road.

Called on Tues said would call back if they could come that day or not. NEVER RECIEVED CALL.. Called next morning and they came mid afternoon to inspect unit and flush drain line due to water underneath furnace. The tech was telling me my unit was cheap and basically junk because wasn't the brand they sell.. he ask me how old unit was I said 2 to 3 years old he looks older than that.. No rust just dust from being in bssement... then proceed to tell me it was about 600 to 700 dollar fix to fix leak but wasn't sure if it would fix the problem... he never flush out drain hose or inspected drain thoroughly to file problem
I heard about this company on 98.1 fm .. Wouldn't recommend them.. 79 dollars to basically insult me for purchasing an off brand and tell me 600 to 700 fix min.

Does not want to come back they have been here 3 times but they never finished the work. The owner was very rude and hateful. There are disabled people at my home and they refuse to fix the air. In the process of taking legal action.
