Everything was done with high quality and the installers did a wonderful job of not making a mess of my lawn. Everything has been working as expected and the prices were very competitive, especially considering they installed the nicer and more efficient sprinkler heads.

I have not used them for any lawn service, but was immediately unimpressed and would not call them for service after seeing them driving from 350hwy in Raytown to 50hwy in LS yesterday throwing a giant sandwich wrapper or some sort of trash out the driver side window onto the highway as I was passing them! Take care of grass, but let’s litter all over 👍 Does not look good when representing a business on the side of the truck you are throwing trash out of.

Exclusive Lawns took over maintenance of the grounds for Oak Hill Homeowners Association this spring and our entry has never looked better! And the best part is they do it all: sprinkler system, lawn mowing, spring cleanup and maintenance of the ornamental plants. Thanks Rick...you and your crew do a great job!!

I have lived in my subdivision for 10 years now and Exclusive Lawn has taken care of our lawns for I believe the majority of that time. progressively I have noticed that the quality of service has diminished. The service men seem to change frequently and do not perform like they are trained very well. When cutting the mowers don't take care to throw the grass away from air condition units causing them to be full of grass which makes them work harder to cool. Most recently, while weed eating the area around my unit the air condition line was cut and the technician didn't say a word. Also when they do weed eat they don't give very much detail to the area nor do they properly blow away the clippings. I am very disappointed with this company and would not recommend their service

We tried to use them for our sprinkler system winterization.Our neighbor had their system installed by them this summer. Called twice and left messages as well as used their message option on their website and never got any kind of response. Guess they are too busy and don’t need anymore business.

Exclusive Lawns is all about Customer Service. Rick and his guys are hard working and do things right! The office staff is first class and always ready to assist our needs. I very much appreciate all that they do to service our lawn care needs!

My wife and I are very pleased with the irrigation system. There was a issue with the hdro wise app and Bridget had some suggestions what it could be and she was right. It was our wireless wifi in our house. Also there was some areas in our yard where the irrigation line was installed and the grass did not look good in those areas so Bridget had a crew seed and fertilize our yard. Our yard looks great. Bridget was great to work with and her customer service was one of the best that we have received from anyone.

My wife and I would like to certainly thank Exclusive Lawns for the recently installed irrigation system. From initial communication, quote process, detailed drawings and product data, the process went very smooth. Albeit, the system is still really new I am impressed with the capabilities and technology it offers. I trust if something should go wrong or need technical advice, Exclusive Lawns would be there to help.

I am so impressed with the professionalism and quality provided by this sprinkler company. We had a pool installed and needed a completely new sprinkler system. The new sprinklers are so much better than my old ones. The crew that installed our system were polite, extremely hard working, and cleaned up after themselves. I HIGHLY recommend this company if you are looking for sprinkler installation. Also this company does an amazing job with communication. They were quick to return calls and update us on the installation.

Outstanding job from quote through installation. Showed up on time for our quote. Detailed drawing of install and explained in detail the system and what/why on each sprinkler head, zones and system that runs it. The installation was even more impressive with a full team of installers and equipment. Showed up on time and were done 4 hours later. Throughly explained how the system works and walked through everything on the app. Answered all my questions and everyone on the crew were courteous and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend!

They installed an irrigation system, installed 40 yards of dirt to level out the yard and improve slope around the house, aerated, verticut, and over-seeded our yard. Services were done fast and their crew was very friendly and polite. We planted our own bushes and trees and then we found out one section of the landscaping was getting too much water. We called the office and they had someone out the next day and fixed the problem. I am very impressed with their customer service (both on site and in the office) and the education I received during the bid presentation for the irrigation. Fast, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing one of their services.

Before starting work, their crew pointed out a pre-existing leak in my plumbing system for which I am grateful. They also located my property lines using a metal detector and they were careful to avoid damaging a fiber optic cable that AT&T "buried" very shallow throughout my yard.

We have been very happy with Exclusive Lawns. They have serviced our sprinklers and most recently we decided to upgrade from the basic builder grade system to one of their smart systems. This has made a huge impact on our water Bill helping us save money. The program knows if it has rained and when it should come on. Our grass was much greener this year and at 1/3 less water usage. Several times while it was raining we noticed our neighbors sprinklers were running and our smart system knew to turn off! Highly recommend exclusive lawns service and products

When I was shopping for a sprinkler system a few years ago, I obtained several bids. Some were lower than Rick's but none were as complete. Add to that the professional way Rick presented himself and his company and I knew he was the right choice. My neighbors on both sides saw the same thing in him and also had him install their systems. I could not be happier with my decision then and today. His entire team reflect his commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. They go out of their way to exceed all expectations. Bridget and Jennifer are wonderful to work with. Everyone I have come into contact with at Exclusive shares the passion for a job well done. Don't tell Rick, but I would have been willing to pay a lot more for the care and quality I received.

These folks are great! We’ve had issues with our system for some time and Jay came out and identified the issues, the leaks and set up a weekend and took care of it all! He was amazing! Highly recommend them! Jay, keep rolling!

In the spring of 2023 Exclusive Lawns did a "turn on" service of our sprinkler system but after the tech left, I found a zone not working. I had to call Exclusive tech out again to get the zone working. In the late fall of 2023, an Exclusive tech said I needed to replace the main gate valve to our system. Exclusive replaced the valve at a cost of $650 & they shut down the system for the winter. In the spring of 2024, we asked for Exclusive to do a backflow test & not do the "turn on" service but to leave the new main valve open. Exclusive initially refused to do it saying their policy was that they would not leave the valve open unless they completed the "turn on" service. At this point I decided to switch companies for the backflow test. Within a week of the backflow test & the main valve turned on by another company, we discovered the area of the main valve was leaking badly. We had to pay another company a total of $450 to do an emergency call & repair of the pipe connected to the main valve that Exclusive installed. We also received a $200+ bill from the city for the excess water usage from the valve leak.

Best service ever!! From the first time I met Rick, he's always been very helpful, friendly, and has given great service! When I call Bridgett or Jennifer they are always a pleasure to talk with and they always take care of things, such as maintenance, start up, and/or shut down of my system. They only use top notch products, which means I've never had any problems with my irrigation system in the eight years since they installed the system. I consider myself not only as a customer but as a friend of them all as they treat everyone as a friend.

The crew just got done installing my irrigation system and so far everything is great! Rick and Bridget have been very professional from the start. I got bids from 4 irrigation companies and Ricks was the most detailed and informative of all. His bid wasn't the lowest but the service was well worth another $200. Being able to communicate with who I'm doing business with is very important to me and they are spot on! They are all about the customer and do very good work.
