About the business:
In 1992, Jeff Martin Sr. founded Foundation Recovery Systems when he noticed gaps in the foundation repair industry. He wanted to find a more efficient way to repair foundations instead of a full replacement. His son, Jeffrey Martin Jr., joined the business in 2007, and by 2010, business had skyrocketed due to a year-long drought. In 2018, FRS partnered with Groundworks, the nation's leading and fastest-growing foundation and water management solutions company and immediately expanded their service coverage. FRS is a multi-time winner of the Angi Super Service award and is a BBB accredited business. Their 30+ years of experience in the industry have led to thousands of repaired homes across the region.

Foundation Recovery Systems was supposed to evaluate potential plumbing and water leakage issues as part of their assessment. This step was ignored in service of a quick sale. Beware if you are a trusting senior prone to being taken advantage of, because your money might be gone without your foundation problem solved. Also, their customer service is awful. For 30000 I got nothing

Michael came out to provide an estimate for foundation repairs. He was professional arrived on time and took the time to explain the findings and recommendation. The inspection seemed to be very thorough and I appreciated the clear communication throughout the process.

This company completely failed us. They worked on our basement and did the worst work ever. We have had 4 different companies assess after this and all of them asked "what did they really do?" Water is still leaking into our basement and they have stopped communicating back. We are stopping the payments for this loan because their work was terribly done. Avoid at all costs or you will regret it.
