On-time, energetic, friendly. The technician got to the root of the issue quickly and got our heat going again through a workaround. Only minus, which is not his fault, we were left with no heat for 24 hours in -4 degree temperatures outside. Good thing we did not have babies or elderly in the home. The business advertises being open 24 hours, but would not give us emergency service, which could have caused a bad medical situation or left us with frozen and busted water pipes.

I have been in a service industry for 27 years, I know all too well that being on-call for after hours support is never fun, but it is part of the job. If your company is not going to support after hours/emergency service (as this absolutely met the definition), then you should not advertise 24 hour service. I find it very hard to believe you had nobody that could have provided us service sometime between 2 pm and 7 or 8 pm to provide the "15 minutes of service" it took the tech to at least get us heat until the full fix could be provided (replacing a $100 control board).

So, again, 5 stars to the technician. 0 Stars for One-Hour. As an employee, if I received a 5 star review every time, I would not have any room for improvement. Same with your business. My rating for this particular instance may have been received as harsh, but it was factual. Do better next time.

Alex did a great job with her service call today, she was very thorough and explained some of what she was doing while doing the work. I think she went over and above what was required by sealing up some of the air leaks around the furnace area where your guys had to do some sheet metal work to connect the new furnace as it was shorter than the previous one. I appreciated that very much. She also put up with my big nosy dog checking her out every 5 minutes.

Wow I have so much to be thankful for!!!! My new furnace is a blessing, thank you so much One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, I am blown away!! Ethan & the crew Parker, Ron, and Andrew did amazing work and were so courteous throughout the install! Thank you as well to Matt for coming out & assessing what things were needed for the installation in addition to being so nice, professional & knowledgable in his field of work!!! Winning this furnace I am forever grateful to the owners of OHH&AC for their generosity & giving back to the community. I can't thank you enough! This is a dream come true to have this furnace. 100% I will recommend this company for years to come and I will always use them not only because of what they've provided my family but also for the quality of workmanship & company values. My old furnace was over 35 years old and I was worried going into this wintertime that it may be on its last legs. This company has not only taken care of my family this winter, it has proven to have a pure and selfless business model which is highly respected in my books.

Used One Hour to diagnose a failing AC in late summer. Chose to get a new system with furnace since both were fairly old. That experience went good. No complaints really.

But just had routine maintenance with Colin Sims. Exceptional experience. You can tell he enjoys and is passionate about what he does. Very knowledgeable.

Everyone is SO kind & professional!!! The lovely lady that answered the phone when I called was AMAZING! The service technician Josh, was extremely professional & knowledgeable; he explained all of the details and showed pictures of the furnace maintenance he performed. He also installed our Nest Thermostat and once again explained everything to us. He is an amazing, kind and extremely courteous young man who is a fantastic ambassador for the company & absolutely knows his business! I am writing this review to highly recommend the services provided by Josh from One Hour heating & Air.
We recently had an issue with our furnace not working properly, and Josh was dispatched to our home. From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly professional, friendly, and respectful.
Despite his relatively young age, his expertise was immediately apparent. He listened carefully to my description of the problem, performed a thorough inspection, and quickly and precisely diagnosed exactly what was wrong with the unit. He clearly explained the issue and the necessary repairs before proceeding with the work. The lady that took the call was so nice! I called the local company that serviced the unit last. They couldn’t come out for about a week. Great job everyone.

Exceptional service. On the coldest day of the year our furnace stopped heating our home. With a 9 month old I was desperate to get someone to come out quickly. I already had a company that I worked with for our furnace and AC maintenance but even though I was a service member they were not able to come as quickly as I wanted so I started making calls. When I called One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning they had a technician out very quickly and had the issue resolved. From the office staff answering the phones to the technicians everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly. I also especially love that before they send a technician to your home they text you a photo and bio of the person you will be working with. We recently had One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning in Lee’s Summit install a brand-new furnace and heat pump, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish.

Ethan and his install crew were fantastic. They were quick, efficient, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. The install went smoothly, the job site was kept clean, and everything was explained clearly before they wrapped up.

I also want to call out Brett Wilson, the technician who helped us leading up to the install. Brett was extremely professional and thorough. He laid out all of our options, handled the energy programs, rebates, and discounts, and ultimately saved my family a significant amount of money while still delivering a high-quality system that keeps our home comfortable.

Everything about this experience was top notch. They were able to schedule me quickly, then when I called to cancel at the last minute on a Sunday, someone actually answered the phone! When they came to do the work, they were friendly, on time, and professional. Having talked to several companies, I know the cost was fair, and they finished sooner than they'd estimated!
