I was extremely satisfied with their work. First, I did not have to wait weeks between the estimate and the work -- they came out, gave me estimates on every individual piece of work, and then did the work right then (and over the next couple of days). They were very helpful in offering information and advice about all of my trees. I thought that the prices were very reasonable. They did a good job with the removal and trimming of lots of different kinds of trees and bushes. And then they cleaned it all up and hauled it all away. I have no reservations about using them again or recommending them to others.

Samuel and his team were very responsive in coming to do an estimate, which was a better price than our previous estimates. He was very in tune to making everything look great and uniform.

The team went above and beyond! They cleaned up well after their work. There were a couple of garden plant tragedies that they took care of immediately by replacing them! Highly recommend.

I requested a quote via their website and got a response within 30 minutes. Samuel came to the house and listened about my tree problems. He made suggestions, including how to prioritize the work and defer some to next year. We agreed on the work; remove a tree and prune four others.
On the work day, the crew arrived on time and started promptly. They worked safely and were careful with my property. Samuel was hands-on for the entire job. Upon completion he reviewed the work with me and gave additional suggestions for future maintenance. They cleaned everything up and my trees look great!

Highly recommend Royal Tree Service. They removed a large limb of a brirch tree that was hanging over our house and trimmed several shrubs and bushes, cleaned up all the debris and didn't damage anything in the process. Not only did they do great work, Samuel also took the time to educate me about the trees and shrubs in our yard. True professional Arborist.

Royal Tree has been so good to work with for our trees! They do GREAT work, clean up afterwards, and have been flexible with what is in our budget to spend. Would definitely recommend! They know more about trees than I knew was possible.

Sam and his team are great! I had asked several other tree services in the area for quotes and Royal Tree Service was the best priced by far. The price was just the start, RTS completed the project after my inquire about price within a few hours. They were friendly and respectful to our home and our neighborhood and did great work. Samuel and his crew at Royal Tree did a great job today on trimming a few trees in my yard and helped with some that were hanging over my fence from my neighbors yard as well. The bid process was quick and easy, and the actual work was more of the same. I received a few quotes on this project and I felt that Royal was a great value. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for tree services and will certainly use them in the future.

Royal Tree Service was excellent to work with! They got back to me quicker than any other service and were on site for the job within the same week. They did excellent work and gave great advice on a very challenging tree. Excited to use them for future projects.

Update: I had them back again a year later, and the quality is just as excellent as before! Prompt communication, and they were out at my home that very same week. I continue to recommend them for any tree work your property needs!

Highly recommend Royal Arborist. We hired them to trim and clean up trees, including large limbs overhanging rooftops on our property. They were very professional, courteous, polite from start to finish. They communicated with us thru-out the project to make sure everything was satisfactory. The team was very efficient, and their clean up completed was immaculate. We are definitely hiring them again.

Bought house a year ago, Samuel and his team came out and did an AMAZING job. Today they came out to trim while no leaves were on trees a did extra clean up where there were a few squirrel nests. Samuel is very knowledgeable on the type of trees we have. Will DEFINITELY use in the future. Very affordable!!!!!!

I had Samuel from Royal Tree Service trim my oak trees behind my house and it made such a difference in how good they looked and made my mowing so much better without little sticks falling all the time. Best part is he left it SO CLEAN you wouldn’t know we had all the work done.

Update: Used Royal Tree Service a second time to trim trees in the back yard. They are quick, professional and great at what they would do. Highly recommend. To add: they powered through bee stings. Feel super bad for them but they didn’t seem to mind too much.

We recently moved out here and have a larger property, with at least 7 mature trees that had not been maintained, I got Samuels contact information from our HOA classifieds that had great things to say, and it was all accurate. Samuel went to the property and did a video quote and what i mean is he sent me a video showing what type of tree it was and what he thought it needed, whether is was to be removed, to be on a multi phase maintenance plan or just trimmed up, it was so informative. He was conscious of our budget and made a plan to best treat the yard and our budget at the same time. I was impressed with how reliable, and communicative he was through out the process, he from the time that he spoke to about a bid to completion of work was 4 days which was awesome and him and the crew did a great job cleaning everything up. I contracted for their service in June 2024 when they told me that I should wait until January or February when it would safe to service my Pin Oak. I waited for 6 months wondering if I would ever see the 20% nonrefundable deposit they asked for. I had three trees total which had not been serviced in 10+ years and the total bill was substantial to me. Right after Christmas Samuel called me to schedule the service which was scheduled for today December 27, 2024. They have been here from 8:00 am working in the rain in 50 degree weather and never went to lunch and it is 2:30 now and they should be done in another hour. They have serviced three mature trees, cleaned my gutters, and cleaned my yard so it is spotless. I am actually floored because of their work effort. Every interaction with them has been professional. They worked extremely hard and are very dependable. Any tree work I need done in the future I will be calling Royal Tree Service, Lee's Summit, Missouri.

I recently had Royal Tree Service cut down a large ash tree in my yard, and my overall experience was excellent. The team was very professional and courteous throughout the entire process. Despite the extreme heat, they worked incredibly hard and never stopped until the job was done.

The ash tree was particularly challenging as it extended over both our house and our neighbor's. However, the team handled it with remarkable skill and precision. They ensured everything was done safely and efficiently.

Royal tree service did an amazing job on our trees, especially our decorative Japanese maple and crab apple tree. They spent the extra time to make it look beautiful. They also removed an entire bradford pear tree from our yard and cleaned it professionally afterwards.

Royal Tree Service did a good job clearing out the brush and invasive species around the big oak in our backyard. Love to see the entire tree now. Great service!
