Samuel was fantastic. I reached out to Rapid Commercial Plumbing for a sewer pipe inspection. Samuel handled the inspection quickly and clearly showed me that my pipes were in great condition. He was polite, knew a lot about plumbing, and took the time to explain everything so I understood. I asked about a few extra repairs another plumber had suggested, but Samuel was honest and explained I didn’t need them—he could have easily just taken my money, but he didn’t. Thanks to his honesty, I saved a lot of money. I’ll definitely call again for any plumbing work in the future.

We noticed water dripping through the ceiling late one evening. Our house is pretty new, so having a leak in the ceiling was a big surprise. I called Rapid Commercial Plumbing and was quickly connected with a very helpful person who took my details and said the emergency team would be in touch. Soon after, I got a call from Erick, who confirmed I made the right decision to shut off the water and let me know a plumber would be at my house the next morning between 9 and 11am. He was extremely kind and helpful. The technician, Samuel, arrived exactly at 9AM. He immediately got started trying to find where the leak was coming from, though it wasn’t obvious at first. He ran several tests, but nothing showed up. Samuel offered the option to cut a small hole in the ceiling to try and track down the leak from below, and explained that they don’t do this unless it’s really needed. He also said I could wait a few days and keep an eye on things if I preferred. Since I wanted to rule everything out, I agreed to go ahead. Samuel carefully made a small access hole, but we still couldn’t see any signs of water. I paid for the service, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with how Samuel handled everything. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing help. Samuel also took the time to tell me about their maintenance plans for water heaters and plumbing, and I signed up for one right away. Having had several homes and water heaters, I know that yearly maintenance really helps extend the life of these appliances. After watching the area for a few days, I’m happy to report there are no more leaks and everything is dry. I guess “mystery water” is now part of my plumbing vocabulary! Later on, we finally figured out the cause: if the water isn’t turned completely off, it runs back onto the faucet and drips down through a hole in the counter. There was really no way for the plumber to find this out at the time. We’re still very happy with the service!

erick was very responsive and knowledgeable when we talked before the plumbing work. he answered all my questions quickly, gave a fair quote, and let me know how to get any paperwork my building needed. when it was time to do the job, erick and jonah brought all the right tools, talked clearly with my building management, kept me in the loop about important choices, and cleaned up all the mess and old parts. after finishing, they made sure i checked everything and answered any follow-up questions i had. it's hard to find reliable plumbers who do quality work, but these guys really stand out. the work included changing the kitchen and bathroom faucets, updating the bathroom sink plumbing, clearing the tub drain, and installing a new tub spout.
