I hired NWI to double the size of my garage. Turned out great!
The construction quality far surpassed the original structure so I had them update it as well. Fair dealing, straight forward quote and pricing structure. Perfect communication throughout the project.

I manage rentals so I deal with contractors a lot. These guys are the best of the best.

They completed my project on time, communicated well, and the price was very reasonable.

Kelly and his team recently did a lot of work for me - subfloors, flooring, and exterior siding repair. Kelly was highly responsive and quick to make any requested changes. Hopefully, I won't need him any time soon but if I do have another project, he will be my first call.

Straight forward with estimates. The salesman that came and gave me the estimate was trustworthy bc the day of the project he came with the two gentlemen that were going to do the actual work to ask them their opinion how to handle the situation. Their idea was really amazing and saved me over 1/4th the estimate. The work was completed that afternoon and I was very pleased. The salesman and the crew boss both reached out to me by phone to make sure I was totally satisfied before I handed over payment.

Kelly and his team did a great job with a number of projects, The refinished my hardwood floors and got them looking great, installed a vanity and patched and painted some walls. His crew works hard to get the job done. I would definitely use NWI again!

The company came out promptly for a bid. Communication was clear and timely. They showed up at the times and dates they said. We had a very specific request to build a sturdy wall around our steps for our autistic son. We had a few items we needed addressed but it was promptly handled. Paid 1/3 upfront and the rest at finish. They were not the highest or lowest bid, but we went with them because they had a clear contract, established business and great communication.

worst experience ever with a contractor. Cashed our 10K deposit for a deck in aug 2025. followed up in September, no start date, followed up in october, november, december still no start date. Excuse after excuse. Jan 2026 they say our 'material is in' but missing 18 pieces - a lie. March goes by and no responses after multiple calls/emails. Finally last weekend April 3, we said we had enough, need our money back based on no legitimate start date or rendering of services. Kelly didn't respond. Sent an email to him and the receptionist (again). He stated he would get us a check and bring it by our house today - april 10. multiple calls and texts and another email he never showed. We're getting our lawyer involved.

Outstanding job replacing gutters. Prompt, efficient and quality construction. Would use them again!

Kelly, Sergio and the team did such a fabulous job. I'm thrilled and no one ever says that about construction.

I'm an out of state investor who did a full gut rehab on a worn down 4plex in STL. We replaced the roof, added a 2nd bedroom to all the units, brand new kitchen and bathrooms and floors were refinished/replaced.

The team always kept me in the loop. Were fair and budget stayed on track through the entire project.

The services included a new roof, new gutters, and downspouts, and painting, both the soffit and facia. The services were done to specifications in a timely manner. Update to original review: Seriously? You want ME to tell you the condition of my roof? That's why you send an inspector out! All you need is my name and address. You can then tell me when you can perform the inspection. Stop pretending you're not wasting my time.

NWI contacted me via YELP, and asked me to call them concerning my roof. I responded by telling Robert the reasons a phone call probably wasn't the best way to approach the issue and provided the times, daily, I am available for his representative to come out and inspect the roof so an accurate bid could be provided for a roof replacement.

Roberts' response was to begin interogating me on the condition of my roof. Seriously, if the business does not want to send out an inspector they should say so and not ask unnecessary questions which waste a potential client's time.

We recently used NWI to help us replace our siding, roof and fence that were damaged from the March storms. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The communication was great and much appreciated, and their crews were very mindful of our pets and picking up everything afterwards. I highly recommend using this company for your home repairs or remodeling. You will love them just as our family does.
