Our roofing company has worked with FOS throughout the St. Louis area over the past year on a number of projects, and they’ve been fantastic to work with. They’re an organized, focused, and ambitious group that consistently sees projects through from start to finish.

Rich V, Garrett, Jaelin, Craig, Ed, and Jonathan have all been great to work alongside. The entire team has been patient, steady, professional, and solution-oriented throughout the process.

As a roofing and siding vendor, I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again, and I hope we have more opportunities together this year.

First Onsite managed two significant projects for RGSD, both due to water intrusion issues. They promptly responded to our sites upon being notified of our emergencies. The communication was proactive, thorough, and appropriate follow-up was consistently provided. On site leadership was visible and accessible throughout the projects.

DON'T have them clean for you! It cost me $55,000.00 to have my furniture from 1990 cleaned and it's now all falling apart from the chemicals! It came out of insurance contents money, but I could've had a house full of brand new, quality furniture for that price.
Sort through items yourself and clean what you want to salvage with the special cleaning agents at don jon.

My company used Catco to perform some Sewer lines remediation, and they were simply Awesome! Excellent communications, quick response, tremendous quality job under difficult circumstances. I strongly recommend Catco!

Catco was contracted by my FIL to demo our garage, fill in the yard and put up a fence. The only reason they are getting a star at all is because of the fence. The fence is level and in good working order. The latch is a little off but not that big of an issue.

What is an issue, is the lack of communication, the lack of professionalism and the lack of integrity. The garage demo was pushed back by over a month, at which point we were cited by the city. Once demolished, they failed to clean up their work area. Glass, shingles and wood we’re littered all over the yard where my five year old son plays. The “fill dirt” (if you could call it that) was washed away as the fence wasn’t built for another two weeks.

Once the fence was built, they failed to replenish the washed out “fill dirt” until Tuesday of this week(which was finally fill dirt). At which point, they took down a section of the fence and moved the plastic we put in place to prevent further erosion. They put the dirt in and said they’d be back later to finish leveling the yard and to put back up the fence. That was over a day ago. This neglect led to the rain washing away a portion of the fill dirt yet again!

Absolutely unacceptable.

What a huge help on my recently distressed property. We purchased a home that was in need of a ton of work and CATCO really helped with the plumbing, electrical, drywall and other needs to get our home in move-in condition. Really appreciated the help from David and the crew who completed the work just-in-time for our scheduled move-in. Thank you CATCO

Would give this company negative stars if I could. Had water damage back in August and my kitchen was torn out. It is now October 22 and they have not even completed replacing the drywall. Every day they say someone will be by tomorrow. If I didn't have to go through my landlord's insurance, I would have already outsourced the work. DO NOT USE CATCO!

I am a homeowner in north St. Louis in Dellwood.. Black female. A representative from Catco came out and did an evaulation of the fire damage in my kitchen. I was told after the evaulation I would be contacted. I waited a number of weeks and no one got in touch with me. I called the company to see what was the matter and was told my file was in the office and someone would get in touch with me...which was a lie. Still no one contacted me. Catco is not the only game in town. I am not sure but my job is a small job. I live in north st louis...or is it because of my race??? I do not know but this company was very unprofessional in their dealings with me. To wait and wait and no response from whether the work would be accepted is.. very unprofessional and not proper business etiquette. I do not know if it is because I am a Black female living is North St Louis as to why my business was not accepted but my hunch is PROBABLY correct. I give this company one star for professionalism. Very disappointed in the way my business was handled.

I had a freeze pipes. , I was referred from my insurance company. Fist Onsite came to my rescue. My renovations was amazing, I would highly recommend this company.

If I could give them no stars I would have.

I wasn't happy with the horrible work they were doing at my home after a fire, so I terminated the contract. When I received the final bill, they overcharged me for some things, charged me for things that they did not even do, and charged me for things that were done wrong.

When I received the contents back, there were things that were not even mine! They didn't explain the process of recouping monies for things not cleaned properly. Thus, now not refunding monies for things not cleaned properly.

I understand every company has to make money, but this company has completely taken making money to another level.

Obviously, this is all my opinion, but I would not recommend this company to an enemy, much less a friend.

First on site made a very stressful situation bearable. This is a very professionals and knowledgeable contractor. I was kept informed about every detail and they went the extra mile. I love my new kitchen and it was a pleasure working with first on site
