Excellent service and quality - project was completed on time and the crew was very professional, detailed and diligent with their work. We have had much rainfall since the project was completed and the retaining wall is working wonderfully. Inspector from the city who signed off on the final project even commented how well done the work was. 10/10 recommend!

Extremely happy with the work Clint and his team did on my project. I had about 13 stone steps with concrete pads installed to wind up a 7ft hill. The guys were all professional and really enjoyed their work. I even threw in a change and they were able to pick it up. Exceeded my expectations and they are on the top of my list for my next project. I would definitely recommend.

We had a huge driveway challenge and Meramec Hardscapes met the challenge. We had a collapsing driveway due to water flow issues. We live at the bottom of a hill in a subdivision with no storm sewers. They came out and assessed the situation and came up with a solution. They installed a French drain at the top of the driveway and curbing which catches the flow of water and takes the water to a concrete swale at the end of the driveway. We have had several hard rains since the completion of the project and it seems to be working fine. We found the owner, Dan, and his project manager, Matt, to be very accommodating with any issues we had. We would highly recommend this company.

Meramec Hardscapes provided excellent service when we had our patio completed Spring of 2020. The crew were always on time and communication was always clear. We obtained at least 8 bids and chose Meramec Hardscapes for the quality of the work, delivery time, and price. We have made so many wonderful family memories on our patio and look forward to many more!

The MH team installed my stamped concreate patio, Breeo smokeless firepit, and seating/retaining wall. Not the landscaping/flagstone you see in the picture.

We originally started looking for bids in May 2021. MH was only 2 of 4 people to come out after calling, and the only one to provide a bid. They have great reviews & many in our neighborhood have used them. After putting down a deposit in late July/early Aug we got a start date around Nov. Long wait but we understood. In hindsight I wonder why jobs that need to be done in certain temps aren't shuffled around with jobs that can be done in any temp rather than FIFO.. Anyway... due to weather we were pushed to Jan and eventually they began the week of 14-Feb. I let them know we would be out of town the coming weekend and that Monday (holiday) but it being unseasonably warm, they poured that day. That night through the next day we received rain/sleet/ice/snow.... When that finally melted and washed away the patio was in shambles. I spoke to Dan, sent pics, etc to let him know. He came out and determined that it needed to be replaced which was fine. He took ownership of that and had it removed and replaced and eventually they completed the job.

A couple of annoying things - there seemed to be a lot of re-work after having guys work all day and then whoever was in charge come back and make them re-do things that weren't right, there is already a crack in the patio not along a seam, the seal seems to be coming off in places, and I don't think my yard will ever recover. During the whole process they switched online service providers so I lost every communication and picture/pricing... I honestly don't think we received the right Breeo smokeless pit but I have no reference because of this.. He also would not remove the charge from my bill to remove and replace the fencing that they *started* to take down before realizing we have a 5ft gate that they could use... he justified this by saying he didn't charge me for the backfill dirt he brought in...

All in all the patio looks nice and we enjoy it but there is room for improvement in areas under their control.
