An employee of the Air Alliance Team caused around $13,000 of damages to our home and we are still waiting for resolution.
Our HVAC unit was installed incorrectly leading to water all over our lower level.
After over a month of very slow back and forth Rick, from Air Alliance Team, told us to remove the flooring and clear out the whole area. When we removed the flooring (ourselves) there was mold underneath, so everything had to be trashed.
It has sat like that for months while we have waited patiently for this to be resolved.
Our whole lower level including an entire guest room of furniture has been stacked and stored in our living room and office. We have had to cancel trips and tell family members not to visit because there is no where for them to stay.
The Air Alliance team told us on May 20th that they would "make sure we are taken care of". It is September 4th and still no progress.
Everything is very well documented. We have photos, videos, screenshots of every step of this process.
